【正文】 i基于 B/S 架構(gòu)的考勤管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 企業(yè)人事管理日趨復(fù)雜和企業(yè)人員增多使得企業(yè)的考勤管理變得越來(lái)越復(fù)雜。這時(shí)傳統(tǒng)的人工管理模式存在的效率低、不易統(tǒng)計(jì)、成本高和易出錯(cuò)等弊端更加容易顯現(xiàn)出來(lái),使得現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理效益的提高得不到保證,無(wú)法適應(yīng)企業(yè)的需求,從而阻礙了企業(yè)的發(fā)展。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和通信技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,將傳統(tǒng)的人工考勤管理數(shù)據(jù)化,建立一個(gè)高效率、無(wú)差錯(cuò)的考勤管理系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成為可能。本文就在這個(gè)背景下,以中小型企業(yè)的考勤管理業(yè)務(wù)為依托,結(jié)合科學(xué)管理的理論,設(shè)計(jì)并開發(fā)了一個(gè)企業(yè)考勤信息管理系統(tǒng),最終向企 業(yè)提供一個(gè)科學(xué)合理的考勤管理解決方案,徹底實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)紙化作業(yè), 使企業(yè)的管理水平登上一個(gè)新的臺(tái)階 。 本系統(tǒng)是基于 B/S 架構(gòu)的考勤信息管理系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)客戶端的整體框架主要包括以下三個(gè)方面:排班管理、請(qǐng)假管理和考勤管理。其功能實(shí)現(xiàn)是通過(guò)系統(tǒng)管理員,部門經(jīng)理和一般用戶三種角色來(lái)完成的。通過(guò)本系統(tǒng)可以在局域網(wǎng)內(nèi)部實(shí)現(xiàn)各部門員工的考勤、請(qǐng)假、加班等信息的記錄功能,并能及時(shí)對(duì)企業(yè)各部門的考勤情況以數(shù)據(jù)的形式進(jìn)行反映??记诠芾硐到y(tǒng)對(duì)實(shí)時(shí)性要求比較高,在企業(yè)管理信息化的過(guò)程中,它還將為企業(yè)人事管理信息系統(tǒng)和工資管理系統(tǒng)等其他子系統(tǒng) 提供準(zhǔn)確可靠的數(shù)據(jù)。 關(guān)鍵詞: 信息管理; B/S; 考勤 iiBased on B/S Structure Attendance Management System ABSTRACT Enterprise personnel management the plicatedness and enterprise person increase to make the attendance management of enterprises bee more and more there is the traditional manual management shortings emerge more easily, such as low efficiency, difficult to statistics, the high cost and error prone, etc. These shortings make the improvement of efficiency of modern enterprise management can not be guaranteed, can not adapt to the needs of enterprises, thus impeding the development of with the rapid development of puter technology and munication technology, the datamation of the traditional labor management mode and the establishment of an efficient, errorfree attendance management system has bee possible.
