【正文】 1 華僑大學 畢業(yè)設計(論文) 題目 : 基于煙囪效應的 LED 散熱器設計 Topic : Chimney effect of LED heat sink design is based on 學 院 信息科學與工程學院 年級專業(yè) 20xx 級電子科學與技術(shù) B 班 學生姓名 學 號 指導教師 完 成 日 期 20xx 年 5 月 2 基于煙囪效應的 LED 散熱器設計 摘要 在我國照明耗電中,城市公共照明占 30%,每年支出 285億。半導體光源具有節(jié)能,壽命長等優(yōu)點,若將其廣泛用于城市公共照明,可節(jié)省大量能源, LED照明由于其節(jié)電、環(huán)保、長壽命,而被公認為下一帶照明技術(shù),將取代現(xiàn)有的各種照明技術(shù)【 1】。 LED為冷光源,怕熱,有 80%之多的電能轉(zhuǎn)化為熱能,必須有散熱措施,雖然 LED 發(fā)光技術(shù)已有飛躍 發(fā)展,有每瓦發(fā)光達 200lm 的報導,但 LED散熱卻是 LED照明中的大問題,但又還沒得到有效解決的問題,成了 LED照明燈普及發(fā)展道路上的攔路虎,在自然對流散熱器中,可以增加散熱表面積和提高氣體流速來增強自然對流熱交換,在散熱器中,引入輕質(zhì)的煙囪結(jié)構(gòu),就可以引入煙囪效應,從而提高氣體流速,增強散熱器自然對流的熱交換能力,同時煙囪效應結(jié)構(gòu),也能減輕散熱器的重量【 2】。本文針對基于煙囪效應的 LED散熱問題做以下研究:首先引入LED 燈具設計仿真軟件 Solidworks,對懸吊式 LED燈具進行設計,然后利用 Solidworks中的流體散熱仿真模塊 flow simulation 對 LED燈具進行仿真,從 LED溫度剖面圖獲得溫度參數(shù),及溫度的變化情況,再將 LED燈具再設計,模擬出煙囪效應需要的模型,再次熱學仿真,獲得溫度參數(shù),最后對比兩次溫度測試結(jié)果,得出結(jié)論。 關(guān)鍵字 LED散熱 煙囪效應 Solidworks 3 Chimney effect of LED heat sink design is based on Abstract In our lighting consumption in urban public lighting accounts for 30% of annual spending billion . In this paper, do the following research questions for the LED based thermal chimney effect : first to introduce LED lighting design simulation software Solidworks, for suspended LED luminaire design, and then use Solidworks in thermal simulation of fluid flow simulation module for LED luminaire simulation, LED temperature profile obtained from the temperature parameter , and changes in temperature, then the LED lighting redesign the model to simulate the chimney effect needed thermal simulation again , get the temperature parameters, and finally pare the two temperature test results, obtained Conclusion .
