【正文】 畢業(yè)論文 基于金屬熱變形的散斑干涉測溫技術(shù)研究 學(xué)生姓名: 學(xué)號 10051041 學(xué) 院: 信息與通信工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè): 光電信息工程 指導(dǎo)教師: 王小燕 20xx 年 6 月 中北大學(xué) 20xx 屆畢業(yè)論文 基于金屬熱變形的散斑干涉測溫技術(shù)研究 摘要 溫度測試與科學(xué)研究及國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中工農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)密切相關(guān)。隨著科技的不斷進(jìn)步,對溫度場測量精度的要求也越來越 高。針對現(xiàn)有溫度測試技術(shù)的不足,本文對基于金屬熱變形的散斑干涉測溫技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,與傳統(tǒng)的測溫技術(shù)相比,該方法具有非接觸、高精度等特點(diǎn),是對測溫技術(shù)的一種全新探討,具有重要的研究意義。 論文在充分了解數(shù)字散斑干涉測量原理的基礎(chǔ)上, 從熱傳導(dǎo)和熱彈性理論出發(fā),推導(dǎo)了散斑干涉條紋與物體表面溫度的關(guān)系;采用高速相機(jī)搭建了系統(tǒng)驗(yàn)證性實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái),并進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn),獲得了包含物體溫度信息的散斑干涉條紋圖,驗(yàn)證了利用散斑干涉技術(shù)進(jìn)行溫度測試的可行性,并進(jìn)行了誤差分析。 為兵器、航天領(lǐng)域振動(dòng)、腐蝕等惡劣條件下的溫度測試研究,提供了一 種全新方案。 關(guān)鍵詞 :數(shù)字散斑干涉技術(shù),離面位移,非接觸式測溫,干涉條紋 中北大學(xué) 20xx 屆畢業(yè)論文 Speckle Interference Temperature Measuring Technology Research based on the Thermal Deformation of Metal Abstract Temperature measuring has close connection with scientific research and industrial and agricultural production in the national the unceasing development of the science and technology,the precision requirement of temperature measuring is being higher and at the shortings of the existing temperature testing technology,in this paper,speckle interference temperature measurement technology is studied based on the thermal deformation of metal,pared to traditional technology of temperature measuring,this method has the characteristics of noncontact,high method is a kind of new discussion of temperature measurement technology and it has important research meanings. Papers in the full understanding on the basis of the principle of digital speckle interferometry,the heat conduction and thermal elastic theory,speckle interference fringe was deduced and the relationship between surface temperature。Using highspeed cameras set up system verification experiment platform and has carried on the experiment,the containing object temperature information of speckle interference fringe figure,it is verified using speckle interferometry to test the feasibility of temperature,and the error analysis was carried provides a new method for the research of temperature measuring under weapons and space vibration,corrosion and other bad conditions.
