本科畢業(yè)論文 題目名稱: 汽車薄殼注塑件翹曲變形及控制技術(shù)研究 學(xué) 院: 專業(yè)年級: 學(xué)生姓名: 班級學(xué)號(hào): 指導(dǎo)教師: 二 XXX 年六月十日 摘 要 I 摘 要 常規(guī)汽車用注塑件 成型工藝已為人們 所熟悉, 相關(guān)理論已經(jīng)非常成熟,但薄壁注塑成型則不然。這是因?yàn)殡S著塑件壁 不斷變薄,聚合物熔體在型腔中冷卻迅速,使得成型難度加大,導(dǎo)致聚合物熔體在薄 壁型腔內(nèi)的流動(dòng)行為也與常規(guī)注塑成型有所不同 。汽車注塑薄殼件是一種典型的注塑加工零件,翹曲是其制造過程中的主要缺陷。汽車諸多注塑薄殼件制品由翹曲引起的形狀偏差會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量。注塑成型是一個(gè)高度非線性、時(shí)變性的多參數(shù)作 用過程 。由于此過程具有多個(gè)參數(shù)相互作用并隨時(shí)間變化的特性,所以每個(gè)參數(shù)對最后制件質(zhì)量的優(yōu)劣都具有不同程度的影響。為了減少最終制件的質(zhì)量缺陷,提高生產(chǎn) 質(zhì)量,需要對整個(gè)成型周期中工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行控制,使對最終制件質(zhì)量影響較大的工藝參數(shù)能保持在最佳范圍內(nèi),從而確保制件質(zhì)量達(dá)到最優(yōu)。 本文確定了注塑成型的工藝參數(shù)。通過注塑成型翹曲變形的分析,確定翹曲變形產(chǎn)生的原因,以此確定了 薄殼注塑件翹曲變形量的影響因素以及 汽車薄殼件注塑成形過程中翹曲缺陷控制方法。使翹曲變形產(chǎn)生的廢品率大大降低,減少了二次加工的幾率和成本,產(chǎn)生了明顯的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 薄壁注塑成型 ; 翹曲變形;參數(shù)控制; 質(zhì)量提高 大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)論文 II Abstract Nowadays, people are familiar with the process and method of traditional injection molding and the relative theories have been also matured, yet the thinwall injection molding. Due to the plastic wall bee thinner and the polymer melt cool quickly in the cavity, it is much more difficult to inject molding, which lead to the flow behavior of the polymer melt in thinwall injection molding and the traditional ones are different, too. Thinwall Plastic parts are the typical ones in auto products in which warp is the main defect and the deviations from shape which are caused by warps can also affect the quality of the product. Plastic injection is a nonlinear and flexible multifactors manufacturing process. In this process, the parameters influence on each other and change with the time. So every parameter has a different impact on the final quality. To decrease the defective parts in production and improve the quality of the production, we need to control the technology parameter in the whole cycle. Only in this way can we keep the final product quality in a best sphere and ensure the product has a high quality. The injection molding process parameters were identified in this paper. Warpage of injection molding through the analysis to determine the cause warping deformation in order to ascertain Injection Parts of the shell warping deformation of the impact of factors, as well as car shell of injection molding process of warping control deficiencies. Warpage of the waste generated significantly lower rates, reduce the risk of secondary processing and cost, have obvious economic benefits.
