Prof. He TingMaster of EngineeringComputer Science and TechnologySchool of Computer Science andTechnologyJune, 2008Harbin Institute of Technology哈爾濱工業(yè)大學工學碩士學位論文摘要隨著企業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展，物料種類增加，給企業(yè)的物流管理帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn)。產(chǎn)品工藝的復雜、生產(chǎn)周期的增加，給企業(yè)的物流管理帶來了一定的影響，企業(yè)缺乏對產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)進度的整體把握。生產(chǎn)管理粗放，生產(chǎn)責任不到位，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量無法與工藝、加工人員、物料、供應商等聯(lián)系起來。產(chǎn)品售后服務不佳，缺乏對產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量故障的預見性。這些問題使得企業(yè)需要建立一套支持物料追蹤溯源的物流管理系統(tǒng)，從而能夠?qū)⑽锪喜少彙齑?、生產(chǎn)和銷售等聯(lián)系起來，實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量追蹤，提高企業(yè)的物流管理水平，從而增加企業(yè)的競爭力。本文研究了支持產(chǎn)品物料追蹤溯源的物流管理系統(tǒng)，旨在進行企業(yè)物流管理的基礎上強化物料質(zhì)量保證。在理論研究方面，提出了批次管理模型、支持產(chǎn)品物料追蹤溯源的物流管理模型和追蹤溯源算法。首先通過研究航空企業(yè)的物流管理的特點，提出進行追蹤溯源的重要性，然后介紹了批次的概念，闡述了進行批次管理的原因并對批次管理的技術(shù)進行了簡單介紹，在此基礎上提出了批次管理模型并給出了模型的形式化定義，接著本文介紹了追溯BOM并研究了支持物料追蹤溯源的物流管理模型。最后針對企業(yè)物流管理系統(tǒng)中各業(yè)務單據(jù)信息完整提出了基于完整信息的追蹤算法、基于不完整信息的追蹤算法、基于完整信息的溯源算法和基于不完整信息的溯源算法。在實現(xiàn)方面，本文利用CERP應用軟件框架進行了系統(tǒng)開發(fā)，系統(tǒng)功能模塊包括基礎數(shù)據(jù)管理子系統(tǒng)、業(yè)務單據(jù)管理子系統(tǒng)、追蹤溯源子系統(tǒng)三個模塊。并通過對系統(tǒng)在洪都航空公司的應用情況的簡單介紹，對文中的理論進行了驗證。關(guān)鍵詞物流管理；物料追蹤溯源；批次管理I哈爾濱工業(yè)大學工學碩士學位論文AbstractWith the continuous development of enterprises, the material type increases,has brought new challenge for enterprise39。s logistics management. The plex ofproduct’s crafts and long production cycle has certain effects on the materialmanagement of enterprises。 the enterprise hasn’t an overall control on theproduction progress. Extensive production management，unfulfillable productresponsibility, the quality of products can not associate with processing personnel,crafts, materials, suppliers and so on。 Poor aftersale products services, the lackof predictability in product quality failures. These problems enable enterprisesneed to establish a logistics management system supporting product and materialtracing and tracking that associates material purchases, inventory, production andsale and improves enterprise logistics management level, thereby increasing thepetitiveness of enterprises. In this Dissertation, the logistics managementsystem supporting product and material tracing and tracking are studied in orderto enhance the quality assurance on the basis of logistics management.In the aspect of theory research, the model of batch management, the modelof logistics management supporting material tracking and tracing and algorithmsof tracing and tracking are proposed. Firstly, the paper puts forward thesignificance of carrying out tracing and tracking by means of researching on thecharacteristics of aviation enterprises, then introduce the concept of batchmaterial management. The reason of carrying out batch management is furtherlyexpatiated and the method of batch management is briefly introduced. Then thepaper proposes the model of batch management and gives the fomal specificationof the batch management. Subsequently, the concept of tracking and trackingBOM is introduced and the model of logistics management supporting productand tracing and tracking are studied in this Dissertation. Finally, owing toinformation integrity of business papers we propose the method of tracing basedon plete information, the method of tracing based on inplete information,the method of tracking based on plete information and the method oftracking based on inplete information.In the aspect of implementation, we develop a logistics management system II哈爾濱工業(yè)大學工學碩士學位論文using the CERP application software framework, the system includes threefunctional modules: basic data management subsystem, business papersmanagement subsystem, materials tracing and tracking subsystem.
