江蘇科技大學(xué) 本 科 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì)(論文) 學(xué) 院 電子信息學(xué)院 專 業(yè) 電氣工程及其自動(dòng)化專業(yè) 學(xué)生姓名 班級(jí)學(xué)號(hào) 指導(dǎo)教師 二零 年六月 江蘇科技大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)論文 糧食烘干機(jī)自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) Design of automatic control system of grain dryer 江蘇科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) I 摘 要 我國(guó)至今為止,各項(xiàng)事業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,尤其是糧食生產(chǎn)加工的發(fā)展一直受到國(guó)家黨中央的高度重視。糧食生產(chǎn)是國(guó)家發(fā)展的根基,萬民平安和諧發(fā)展的源頭。而每年由于糧食烘干不及時(shí)而造成的糧食腐爛、浪費(fèi)給國(guó)家民生和經(jīng)濟(jì)都會(huì)造成巨大的損失,所以解決糧食的烘干問題具有很大的意義。 本課題主要是 在 JX300X 組態(tài)軟件包的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)糧食烘干機(jī)自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行組態(tài) (包括主機(jī)、操作站、數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)卡、 I/O 卡件、 I/O 測(cè)試信號(hào)點(diǎn)、回路、流程圖等的設(shè)置 )、編譯、監(jiān)控。 通過控制糧食在烘干塔內(nèi)的停留時(shí)間與干燥過程中干燥段和冷卻段入口風(fēng)的溫度與壓力來控制烘干塔出口處的糧食含水量,使其出口處的糧食含水量達(dá)到 14177。 %左右,以滿足國(guó)家糧食的儲(chǔ)存標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。最后,通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn),模擬儲(chǔ)存?zhèn)}的單回路控制,來控制糧倉儲(chǔ)量以及糧食下放的流量。同時(shí),通過畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)充分了解了 JX300X 組態(tài)軟件的強(qiáng)大,也希望本課題可以作為基于 JX300X 組態(tài)系統(tǒng)等相關(guān)試驗(yàn)的參考依據(jù)。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 糧食烘干機(jī);自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng);組態(tài);監(jiān)測(cè) 江蘇科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) II Abstract Our country so far, the cause of vigorous development, especially the development of food production and processing of the CPC Central Committee has always attached great importance by the state. Food production is the foundation of national development, and the people safe and harmonious development of the source. And every year due to grain drying is not timely rot caused by food waste to the country39。s livelihood and the economy will result in huge losses, so to solve the problem of food drying of great significance. The main subject is in the JX300X configuration package, based on the grain dryer automatic control system configuration (including the host, operating station, data forwarding card, I / O cards, I / O test signal points , loop, flow charts and other settings), piling, monitoring.
