[4] 程成 陳霞，軟件工程 .北京：機械工業(yè)出版社 . 指導老師簽名： 年 月 日 華 中 科 技 大 學 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計 論 文 I 摘 要 在二十一世紀的今天，酒店電腦管理系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)越來越受到酒店業(yè)內(nèi)同行的青睞。它成為酒店提升服務檔次，提高辦公效率、加強成本控制，提高競爭力的關(guān)鍵因素之一。隨著國內(nèi)酒店業(yè)的急速膨脹，隨著酒店經(jīng)營市場化的深入，伴隨著經(jīng)營多元化，利潤增長點的分散，如何面對日常經(jīng)營中對龐大數(shù)據(jù)的處理，如何增強銷售手段、提 高管理水平、提升整體服務，加強成本控制。酒店客房管理最為 整個 酒店管理 系統(tǒng) 的一個重要 組成 部分，其數(shù)據(jù)的管理對整個酒店的管理也顯得 尤其 重要 。酒店客房管理系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)化、規(guī)范化、自動化，將成為現(xiàn)代酒店管理系統(tǒng)的重要元素。 針對現(xiàn)在酒店業(yè)大量數(shù)據(jù)需要處理的前提下， 本系統(tǒng)以 Microsoft Visual Studio 2020 和 SQL Server 2020 做為開發(fā)工具， 使 用 三層架構(gòu) 實現(xiàn)了藍天酒店客房管理系統(tǒng)中的前臺管理、預訂管理、權(quán)限管理和系統(tǒng)管理等功能 。 系統(tǒng)運行結(jié)果證明，該系統(tǒng)基本可以實現(xiàn)了需求，系統(tǒng)的界面友好 ，功能基本完善，而且操作方便，基本上滿足使用者的需求。 關(guān)鍵詞： 信息管理系統(tǒng) ， 需求分析 ， 酒店客房管理系統(tǒng) 華 中 科 技 大 學 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計 論 文 II Abstract In the twentyfirst century, the hotel puter management system for the hotel industry has been more and more popular counterparts. It has bee the hotel to upgrade their service levels, improve office efficiency, better cost control and improve the petitiveness of one of the key factors. With the rapid expansion of the hotel industry, as hotel operators market depth, along with business diversification and dispersion of profit growth, how to face the daytoday operations of a large data processing, how to enhance the sales of the means to improve the management level to enhance the overall service and cost control. To choose a good hotel management system, is an effective means to solve the problem. Management of most hotel rooms throughout the hotel management system, an important ponent of the management of its data to the entire management of the hotel are particularly important. So hotel rooms and systematic management system, standardization, and automation, will bee the modern hotel management system, an important element. For the hotel industry is now a large amount of data that need to be addressed under the premise of this system to Microsoft Visual Studio 2020 and SQL Server 2020 as a development tool, the use of threetier system to achieve a blue hotel rooms management system in the future management, reservations management, rights management and system management functions, so that the safety of the system are guaranteed at the same time allow users to feel the system easy to use, friendly interface.
