With its rapid development, Plastic Processing and forming technique have been getting more and more important, and Plastic injection molding is one of the most applied methods for parts molding. The cock is one of the most mon domestic appliances and was closely related to people’s basic life. It features side opening, screw thread, and curve hole. It’s high requirement of fair outside aspect, small sizes, and smooth transition between two curve plaary need the injection mold and die which was used to form it of high accuracy and technique. The injection technological characteristics of Electronic watch cover were analyzed, and the design of structure ofElectronic watch cover and the main points of mould are also introduced specifically. The most advanced technology of mold design is adopted. The design method of plastic structure is mainly introduced. The selection of sidewall thickness, the decision of the mould cavity number, the selection of injection machine, and the designing process of the parting plane, the exhaust system and feed system were stated. The design structure characteristics of Electronic watch cover are two times parting planes with pin gate style, and side coredrawing structure.
