編號: 畢業(yè)設計 (論文 )說明書 題 目: 壓鑄成型設備的取料 機械手設計 學 院: 機電工程學院 專 業(yè): 機械電子工程 學生姓名: 學 號: 指導教師單位: 桂林電子科技大學 姓 名: 職 稱: 題目類型 : ?理論研究 ?實驗研究 ?工程設計 ?工程技術研究 ?軟件開發(fā) 2021 年 5 月 20 日 I 桂林電子科技大學畢業(yè)設計(論文)說明書 摘 要 本文簡要介紹了工業(yè)機器人的概念,機械手的組成、分類、意義和歷史,澆注機械手硬件和軟件的組成,澆注機械手各個部件的整體尺寸設計。本文著重對機械手進行總體方案設計,確定了機械手的坐標形式和自由度,設計了了機械手的傳動并計算出傳動比,設計了機械手的手部結構,設計了機械手的手臂結構 ,確定了壓鑄成型設備的取料相關機構的各種參數計算和分析,確定了壓鑄成型設備的取料相關零件材料的選用 及其工藝分析,確定了驅動手臂與手部所需的電機功率,確定了機械手的基本技術參數。同時,設計出了機械手的 PLC控制系統(tǒng),繪制了取料機械手的工作原理圖,展示了取料機械手的基本性能,校核了部分零部件的強度和使用壽命。 關鍵詞 :工業(yè)機器人;機械手;澆注機械手 II 桂林電子科技大學畢業(yè)設計(論文)說明書 Abstract This paper briefly introduces the concept of industrial robots, robot position, classification, the significance and history of pouring manipulator of the hardware and software position, pouring manipulator overall dimensions of the parts design. Manipulator overall scheme design, this paper determined forms and degrees of freedom, the coordinates of the manipulator design able to drive of the manipulator and pute the transmission ratio, the design of the manipulator hand structure, design of the manipulator arm structure, determine the reclaimer, diecasting molding equipment parameter calculation and analysis of related institutions, determine the reclaimer, diecasting molding equipment related and technology analysis, material selection of parts to determine the driving arm and hand the required motor power, to determine the basic technical parameters of manipulator. At the same time, design the PLC control system of the manipulator, mapped the picking manipulator, the working principle diagram, shows the basic properties of the picking manipulator, check the part of the strength of the parts and service life.
