摘 要 Ⅰ 摘 要 近幾年,中國(guó)造船業(yè)有了長(zhǎng)足的進(jìn)步,與日韓等造船強(qiáng)國(guó)相比,在年造船總量上的差距正在逐年縮小,并且有成為世界第一造船大國(guó)的趨勢(shì)。但是在造船技術(shù)上卻有著比較明顯的差距,而這差距主要體現(xiàn)在精度管理方面。精度管理水平的高低,直接影響著船舶的建造質(zhì)量以及船廠的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。因此,中國(guó)造船要想成為世界第一造船強(qiáng)國(guó),跟上時(shí)代發(fā)展的步伐,就必須在船舶建造中推行精度管理,保證船舶的建造質(zhì)量,提高生產(chǎn)效率。 本文在分析了管理體系的概念和組成基礎(chǔ)上,建立了基于船體分道建造的精度管理體系,然后詳細(xì)分析了精度管理體系的各組成成分, 并以浙江歐華造船有限公司1200TEU 集裝箱船的底部分段為基礎(chǔ)驗(yàn)證了精度管理體系的可行性。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容與成果包括: 分道建造的特點(diǎn),建立了相應(yīng)的精度管理體系。 闡述了精度計(jì)劃的內(nèi)容、作用及編制要求,并羅列了相關(guān)補(bǔ)償量的理論計(jì)算公式,這是整個(gè)精度管理體系的基礎(chǔ)。 ,詳細(xì)闡述了船體分道建造各階段的精度控制程序,另外,精度控制的結(jié)果要滿足船廠制定的精度標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并列舉了相關(guān)精度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的例子作為參考。 ,這是精度管理體系不斷完 善的前提,是精度管理體系重要的組成。 1200TEU 集裝箱船的底部分段為基礎(chǔ),驗(yàn)證了精度管理體系的可行性。 論文的研究成果對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)一些船廠精度管理體系的建立有一定的指導(dǎo)意義,對(duì)提高船體建造質(zhì)量,縮短建造周期有一定的積極意義。 關(guān)鍵詞: 船體 分道建造;補(bǔ)償量;精度管理體系 Ⅱ Abstract III Abstract In recent years, Chinese shipbuilding industry has made great progress, and the gap of year39。s total shipbuilding output pared with the shipbuilding powers such as Japan and South Korea is narrowing, and will be the world39。s largest shipbuilding country. But there is a more obvious gap in shipbuilding technology, and this gap is mainly reflected in the accuracy management. The level of accuracy management directly affects the quality of the construction of the ship, as well as the economic benefits of the shipyard. As a result, if chinese shipbuilding industry want to bee the first shipbuilding power in the world and keep up with the pace of development of the times, it is necessary to implement the accuracy management in the shipbuilding to ensure the quality of the construction of the ship and promote productivity. Based on the analysis of the concept and position of management system, this thesis builded the accuracy management based on the hull process lane construction, and then detailedly analysed all ponents of the accuracy management system, and verified the feasibility of accuracy management system based on the bottom blocks of Zhejiang Ouhua Shipyard Co., container ships. The main contents and results of this thesis include: 1. According to the characters of hull process lane construction, builded the accuracy management system. 2. Elaborated on the contents, roles and authorized demands of accuracy plan, and set up the theoretical formulas about pensatory value, which is the base of the accuracy management system. 3. Combined with the features of hull process lane construction, elaborated on the accuracy control processes in every stage of hull process lane construction, and the result of accuracy control must meet the accuracy standards and cited examples about relevant accuracy standards as a reference. 4. Designed the accuracy control feedback tables of every stage of hull process lane construction, which is the premise to constantly improve the accuracy management system and the important ponent of the accuracy management system. 5.
