Through the Intellisense and Pervasive puting, the technology of the Inter of Things are widely used in world information exchanges. It is also named the third world message revolution after puter and Inter. This article developes a intelligent parking management system under the wave of The Inter of Things. In order to improve management efficiency parking, reduce vehicle management costs, reduce workload of the managers, an intelligent parking management system is designed and implemented in this article. The parking system is a small application software for vehicle inside ,outside and parking in the parking lot. This software is developed based on the Java platform, using JSP technology to develop, selecting B/S architecture. The backend database system uses Microsoft SQL Server, and uses JDBC for database access technology. Here mainly present five modules: user management, parking management, fixed (longterm) vehicle management, temporary (shortterm) vehicle management, parking management. By Administrator interface, the factors can be managed.
