【正文】 XXX 公司貨幣資金管理報(bào)告 1 XXX 公司 貨幣資金 管理報(bào)告 【摘要】 在現(xiàn)代商業(yè)中， 貨幣資金 占據(jù)了 公司 資金的大部分， 可稱為企業(yè)的“血液”， 他直接關(guān)系著 公司 職工的工資和福利能否得到保障，投資人的債權(quán)能否享受收益，債務(wù)人的債務(wù)能否得到清償， 公司 的效益能否得到提高，所以建立和健全一套合規(guī)、合法的現(xiàn)金管理體系顯 得尤為重要。通過(guò)對(duì)西安市 XXX 公司的調(diào)查與訪問(wèn)，本文針對(duì) XXX公司 貨幣資金 管理 在公司內(nèi)部高層管理、 公司 會(huì)計(jì)部門人員、內(nèi)部管理制度幾個(gè)方面存在的一些問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入分析，并提出一些可供選擇的方案：對(duì)管理層，明確懲罰范圍與措施，造成不良后果并承 擔(dān)相應(yīng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)和法律責(zé)任；加強(qiáng)員工的指導(dǎo)，定期對(duì)員工進(jìn)行在職培訓(xùn)，培養(yǎng)員工的合法、合規(guī)、愛(ài)崗敬業(yè)的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)；以國(guó)家的 貨幣資金 法律和依據(jù)制定完善的現(xiàn)金 管理規(guī)則，并按照規(guī)則嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行，嚴(yán)格禁止違規(guī)操作。旨在促進(jìn)該公司在 庫(kù)存現(xiàn)在管理方面能夠更加完善，進(jìn)一 步提高該公司的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 【 關(guān)鍵詞】 XXX公司； 貨幣資金 ；內(nèi)部管理 ；解決措施 Abstract： In modern mercial business, Moary fund ,called the blood of pany ,take an important role in Daily business .The important “blood” are directly related to the employees’ Salary and benefits and whether the investors’ share can be guaranteed and the pany benefits can be improved or not. So a set of legal cash management system is so important. By means of Survey and access, this article aimed at the obvious problems such as internal top management and accounting department personnel and internal management system make a deep analysis. At the same time , we put forward some measures listed as follows： To the management, the punishment measures must be cleared, they should undertake the corresponding economic and legal responsibility when they violate the rules。 on the other hand, the pany should take some measures to enhance the ability of the employees, training them regularly, developing the employees feeling of obeying laws and being loyal to their post. And then, the pany should make the perfect cash management rules based on the currency of the country of funds law. The illegal action must be forbidden. Aimed to consummate cash management and further improve the pany39。s economic benefit. We must pay close attention to this point.
