In the overall evaluation efficiency, the ponents ramming technology capability as well as the plex degree and accuracy and so on in many factor foundations carried on the ramming craft analysis and the putation, a reasonable process was proposed. The blanking layout and feeding styles, unloading way and guiding method were introduced, and the main ponents of the mold design and process technology development .The determination of the clearance between working parts and the calculation of punching and blanking pound die were expounded. This pound die improved product qualities and production efficiency with lower costs. The reliable product quality is achieved.
