本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) I 摘 要 本文對 黃海客貨兩用 車 進(jìn)行了底盤總體布置的設(shè)計,并對其進(jìn)行了轉(zhuǎn)向系的運動校核。 文中對 黃??拓泝捎密?底盤各主要部件進(jìn)行總體的布置設(shè)計以及對相應(yīng)的參數(shù)進(jìn)行了選取和計算, 在此基礎(chǔ)上完成了總體布置設(shè)計 , 對 汽車底盤布置形式 進(jìn)行了 選擇,這樣就確定了軸數(shù)、驅(qū)動形式和發(fā)動機(jī)的安裝位置。 根據(jù)所確定的汽車底盤布置形式,考慮到 乘車的舒 性以及對 載貨 車 的基本 性能的要求來進(jìn)行 了 汽車主要尺寸 參數(shù)和性能參數(shù)的選取和計算,在此基礎(chǔ)上選取并確定了底盤各部件的動力總成、減振器及轉(zhuǎn)向器等 。最后參考了同類車型的底盤總布置方案來對 黃??拓泝捎?車 進(jìn)行底盤總布置,并繪制了底盤的總布置圖。 本文在底盤的設(shè)計 過程中,為了保證汽車駕駛的舒適性和安全性, 對轉(zhuǎn)向系的 運動干涉問題進(jìn)行 了 校核 。在分析過程中采用了圖解法,對 轉(zhuǎn)向系 在向左、向右 轉(zhuǎn)向 時的不同情況進(jìn)行校核 ,并測試其合理性 ,最后的分析結(jié)果表明,所設(shè)計的轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)構(gòu)匹配合理,切合實際。 關(guān)鍵詞: 客貨兩用車 ;底盤;總布置;運動校核; 本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) II Abstract This dissertation is the chassis overall layout design of the HuangHai estate car, and then check the lootion of the steering system of this bus. This discourse select and count the layout design and the relevant parameter of the chassis`s main parts of HuangHai estate car , On the basic of this , we finally finished this layout design , selecting the form of the layout design , and then we need to ensure the number of shafts、 the type of drive and the mounted position of engine . And then , with the ensure the form of the chassis overall layout , take into account the fort of the bus and the basic capability need of the truck car , to select and count the parameter of the main size and the capability . With the basic select and ensure every the chassis`s parts , such as power assembly, Shock Absorber, steering and so on. At last consult the chassis layout project of homogeneous model of the car ,to make the layout of the HuangHai estate car`s chassis , and protract the chart of the chassis overall layout. On the course of the design of the chassis , in order to make sure the fort and the safety of the automobilism , we check the interference movement to the steering system . On the course that we use the graphical method, check the different case when the steering system turn left or right . The analysis reault indicate that all the design of the steering systerm are matching with reason and practicableness.
