【正文】 畢業(yè)論文 PAA添加量對 PVC/PAA復合材料的影響 太原工業(yè)學院畢業(yè)論文 I PAA 添加量對 PVC/PAA 復合材料的影響 摘要 :本論文以 PVC/PAA 復合材料為研究對象,通過 共混改性方法,改性聚氯乙烯。首先 使用兩步法制備出合適分子量的聚酰 胺酸 , 通過熱重分析、力學實驗、紅外光譜分析、偏光顯微鏡分析等手段,測試加入不同添加量的聚酰胺酸的復合材料的性能,從而分析探討不同添加量的 PAA 對復合材料性能的影響。實驗結果表明: 隨著 PAA 添加量的增加, PVC/PAA 復合材料的拉伸強度、沖擊強度以及斷裂伸長率都呈上升的趨勢,熱穩(wěn)定性也會提高。 關鍵詞 :復合材料,共混改性,聚氯乙烯,聚酰胺酸, 添加量 太原工業(yè)學院畢業(yè)論文 II Effect of PAA content on PVC/PAA posites Abstract: It is the research object about PVC/PAA posite material in this paper, To modified Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) through blending modification methods. Twostep method to prepare different molecular weight of PAA by thermogravimetric analysis, mechanical test, Infrared spectrum analysis, polarizing microscope analysis methods, such as test to join different addition amount of polyamide acid posite materials performance, so as to analyze different addition amount of PAA on the properties of posite materials. The experimental results show that: with PAA, with the increase of adding amount of PVC/PAA posite materials tensile strength, impact strength and elongation at break are rising trend, thermal stability will also increase.
