【正文】 學(xué) 年 論 文 論文題目 服裝上市公司 20xx 年財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告分析 以七匹狼為例 20xx 年 6 月 6 日 第 II 頁 摘 要 □ □ 財(cái)務(wù)分析以財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告及其他相關(guān)資料為依據(jù)，綜合運(yùn)用各種指標(biāo)和技術(shù)，對企業(yè)當(dāng)前和過去的財(cái)務(wù)狀況、經(jīng)營成果及現(xiàn)金流量等進(jìn)行分析與評價(jià)的管理活動(dòng)。對于了解企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)狀況、經(jīng)營業(yè)績和現(xiàn)金流量，評價(jià)企業(yè)的償債能力、盈利能力和營運(yùn)能力，幫助制定經(jīng)濟(jì)決策有著至關(guān)重要的作用，是不容忽視的 現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。本文筆者以七匹狼有限公司近三年的財(cái)務(wù)會計(jì)報(bào)表報(bào)告數(shù)據(jù)， 對比分析 得出企業(yè)的償債能力，營運(yùn)能力，盈利能力，進(jìn)而分析 企業(yè)的當(dāng)前財(cái)務(wù)狀況和發(fā)展能力。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 年度財(cái)務(wù)分析 上市公司 財(cái)務(wù)狀況 比較分析 第 III 頁 Abstract □□Financial analysis is a manage activity which is based on references of financial statements and other relevant data with synthetically operating all sorts of indexes and technologies to analyse and estimate enterprise’s financial state ,operating results and cash flow in the past and current. It a vital and noticeable practical matter to prehend the financial state ,operating results and cash flow , while to evaluate dept paying abilities ,profitability and service power of the corporation. The author uses seven wolves limited corporation’s financial statements in the last 3 years as data to pare and analyse which infers to dept paying abilities and operating capability as well as profitability therefore es out the current financial situation and development ability.
