大學(xué)生方程式賽車變速箱及傳動系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 摘 要 變速器是汽車傳動系中最主要的部件之一。其 設(shè)計任務(wù)是設(shè)計一臺用于FSAE 賽車上的手動變速器。 設(shè)計中選用本田 CBR600F4i 作為方程式賽車的發(fā)動機。根據(jù)發(fā)動機型號,可以得出發(fā)動機的最大轉(zhuǎn)矩、最大功率、最高轉(zhuǎn)速等參數(shù)。設(shè)計的賽車無主減速器,采用鏈傳動,且傳動比已知。根據(jù)以上參數(shù),結(jié)合汽車設(shè)計、汽車理論、機械設(shè)計、汽車底盤設(shè)計等相關(guān)知識計算變速器的參數(shù),并驗證變速器的合理性。 設(shè)計中利用了 CAD、 UG等軟件制作了變速器主要總成的 模型,并繪制了變速器裝配總圖及主要零件的二維圖。 通過設(shè)計,我學(xué)習(xí)和鞏固了專業(yè)課知識而且了解了不少相關(guān)專業(yè)的知識,也提高了個人能力,更重要的是鍛煉了與人協(xié)作的精神。 關(guān)鍵詞: 汽車工程;變速器;設(shè)計;手動 The Design of Formula SAE Car Gearbox and Transmission System Abstract Gearbox is the one main ponent of the vehicle duty of this design is to design a manual transmission used in the FSAE Racing car. We chose Honda CBR600F4i as the engine of FSAE Racing car. According to the engine model, we can draw the maximum engine torque, maximum power, maximum speed and other parameters. The design of the car without main gear, using chain drive, and the transmission ratio is known. Based on the above parameters, bining automotive design, automotive theory, mechanical design, automotive chassis design and other related knowledge ,calculate transmission parameters and verify the reasonableness of the transmission. Duiring design, I use CAD, UG and other softwares to produce the model of main transmission assembly , and the mapping of the transmission assembly diagram and major parts of total twodimensional diagram . By designing, I not only learn and consolidate knowledge ,understanding of a number of specialized courses related professional knowledge, but also improve the ability of individuals, but more importantly is to exercise the spirit of collaboration with others.
