XX大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文 題 目: 利用鋼渣制備多孔微晶玻璃 Using Steel Slag to prepare Porous glassceramics 指導(dǎo)教師: 職稱: 學(xué)生姓名: XXX 學(xué)號(hào): XXXXXXXX 專 業(yè): 材料科學(xué)與工程(無機(jī)非金屬) 院(系) : 材料科學(xué)與工程 完成時(shí)間: XXXX 年 6 月 6 日 XXXX 年 6 月 6 日 i 摘要 本文 闡述了 利用 鋼渣 來制備 多孔微晶玻璃 ,包括 制備 工藝 、 材料 性能 及其應(yīng)用前 景。多孔微晶玻璃是 一種具有三維開孔的材料,兼具微晶玻璃和泡沫玻璃的特點(diǎn),具有強(qiáng)度高,容重低,保溫隔熱性能好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。 本實(shí)驗(yàn)以 不銹鋼渣為主要原料,適當(dāng)添加粉煤灰、石英砂、氧化鎂、純堿、氧化鐵和氧化鋯等來制備 多孔微晶玻璃 。通過鋼渣的利用量不同來設(shè)計(jì) 基礎(chǔ)玻璃的配方,制備工藝采用有機(jī)泡沫浸漬法 ,最后通過測定抗壓強(qiáng)度、 XRD 主晶相分析 、體式顯微鏡觀察等 來表征材料的性能。 實(shí) 驗(yàn)通過鋼渣含量的不同來比較所制備材料的性能。 鋼渣的利用率為 30%的時(shí)候,多孔微晶玻璃的主晶相主要是輝石;鋼渣的利用率達(dá) 70%時(shí),多孔微晶玻璃的主晶 相主要是長石。 關(guān)鍵詞:鋼渣 ; 多孔微晶玻璃 ; 浸漬 ii Abstract Using steel slag to prepare porous glassceramics is introduced in this paper, containing preparation, materials properties and application prospects. Porous glassceramics is a threedimensional opening material with characteristics of both glassceramic material and foam glass, such as high strength, low density, good insulation, etc. In this experiment, to prepare porous glassceramics we use steel slag as the main raw materials, and add fly ash, quartz sand, magnesia, soda ash, iron oxide and zirconia, appropriately. Using different volume of steel slag to design the basis glass formulations and using the anic foam impregnation to prepare the porous glassceramic. Finally, measuring the pressive strength, XRD, microscopy , etc. to characterize the material properties. In the experiment, we pare the performance of the prepared material through the different steel slag content. The main crystal phase of porous glassceramics is augite when content of steel slag is 30%。 the main crystal phase of porous glassceramics of is akermanite when content of steel slag is 70%.
