Porous glassceramics is a threedimensional opening material with characteristics of both glassceramic material and foam glass, such as high strength, low density, good insulation, etc. In this experiment, to prepare porous glassceramics we use steel slag as the main raw materials, and add fly ash, quartz sand, magnesia, soda ash, iron oxide and zirconia, appropriately. Using different volume of steel slag to design the basis glass formulations and using the anic foam impregnation to prepare the porous glassceramic. Finally, measuring the pressive strength, XRD, microscopy , etc. to characterize the material properties. In the experiment, we pare the performance of the prepared material through the different steel slag content.
