【正文】 0 鹽城工業(yè)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué) 20xx 屆畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文） 題目 棉 /牛奶纖維混紡大肚紗的生產(chǎn)與設(shè)計 專業(yè) 現(xiàn)代紡織技術(shù) 學(xué)號 姓名 指導(dǎo)老師 劉華 交稿日期 二〇一三年十二月 棉 /牛奶纖維混紡大 肚紗的設(shè)計與生產(chǎn) 摘要 I 摘要 該文主要介紹了針對我系以往學(xué)生沒有做過花式紗的現(xiàn)狀而嘗試以芯紗（金銀絲 ）、飾紗 (棉 /牛奶 60/40 混紡 578tex)及固紗 (滌綸長絲 )三種線組合在一起在 HFXA7 型花式捻線機上紡制大肚紗的紡紗原理、仿制方法 、原料的選擇依據(jù)、用到設(shè)備的型號和工藝參數(shù)設(shè)置。根據(jù)在生產(chǎn)過程中遇到的問題而提出了解決措施；分析了大肚紗的捻度、牽伸倍數(shù)、速比對大肚紗質(zhì)量的影響以及提出控制好毛羽的產(chǎn)生是提高大肚紗質(zhì)量的重要環(huán)節(jié)。 關(guān)鍵詞：大肚紗；花式捻線機；仿制方法；捻度；工藝設(shè)計 作 者：張靈巧 張樹云 指導(dǎo)老師：劉華 Design and production of cotton/milk fiber blended slubby yarn Abstract II Abstract This paper mainly introduces the core yarn (gold and silver yarn of Tex), act the role of yarn (cotton/milk 60/40 blending 578 Tex) and solid yarn (polyester filament Tex) three lines together in HFXA 7 fancy twisting machine spinning potbellied yarn spinning principle, the generic method, selection of raw materials on the basis of used equipment model and process parameter Settings. According to the problems in the process of production and the solution measures are put forward。 Analyzed the potbellied yarn twist of the draft ratio for knocked up the influence of yarn quality and control thehairiness of yarn quality is to improve a bigger important link.
