【正文】 I 摘 要 本文首先對(duì)起重夾鉗技術(shù)的發(fā)展及應(yīng)用情況、國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及發(fā)展趨勢,通過對(duì)100kg 起重機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)方案的確定,包括針對(duì)本設(shè)計(jì)選取起重機(jī)的形式,確定為臂架式滑移起重機(jī),然后對(duì)起重機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)的各個(gè)部件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),包括夾持機(jī)構(gòu)、吊臂、鉗臂、軸、自動(dòng)開關(guān)裝置和 設(shè)備穩(wěn)定性分析 等等的設(shè)計(jì)。 通過了解學(xué)習(xí)掌握夾鉗裝置的工作原理,對(duì)起重夾鉗裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分類與分析,通過分析從而確定起重機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)方案夾鉗裝置的設(shè)計(jì),傳動(dòng)裝置方案的設(shè)計(jì)以及分析設(shè)備的穩(wěn)定性。該滑移式夾鉗起重機(jī), 1,2 級(jí)傳動(dòng) 都 使用皮帶傳動(dòng), 利用夾鉗自重,運(yùn)用 自動(dòng)開關(guān)裝置控制 夾持物體。 設(shè)計(jì)過程 采用了機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)的一般設(shè)計(jì)方法,機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)輔助軟件 AutoCAD 設(shè)計(jì)制作出起重夾鉗設(shè)備,吊起重量達(dá) 100Kg,起升速度達(dá) ,運(yùn)行速度達(dá) ,搬運(yùn)物體快速便捷,無卡殼,設(shè)備運(yùn)行良好。 關(guān) 鍵字: 起重機(jī);滑移式;起重夾鉗;機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì);自動(dòng)開關(guān)裝置 II ABSTRACT This paper firstly lifting clamp technology development and application, domestic and foreign development and development trend of 100kg crane, through the design scheme based on the determination of design, including selecting the model, determine crane for arm, then to pose crane ponents of the crane structure design, including holding mechanism, the arm, clamp arm, axle, automatic switch devices and equipment stability analysis and so on design.
