【正文】 本科畢業(yè)論 文 題目 隔離液中加入表面活性 劑改善物理性能機(jī)理探討 摘 要 本論文針對(duì)普通水基隔離液對(duì)油基鉆井液 完鉆井中殘留 的 泥漿清洗效率低, 界面水潤(rùn)濕性差導(dǎo)致水泥石界面膠結(jié)強(qiáng)度低的問(wèn)題,利用表面活性劑良好的洗滌、乳化、潤(rùn)濕反轉(zhuǎn)性能,根據(jù)表面活性劑復(fù)配原理和 化學(xué)處理劑配伍性和協(xié)調(diào)增效原理 ,得到了 TS 表面活性劑隔離液體系和 OS 表面活性劑隔離液體系。 本文首先測(cè)試了 TS 體系和 OS 體系 表面活性劑對(duì)水 表面張力 的影響。 測(cè)試結(jié)果表明, TS 體系和 OS 體系表面活性劑能顯著降低水的表面張力 。 由原來(lái) 的 70mN/m左右降低到 28~33mN/m, 這 也就 表明表面活性劑的加入能顯著降低油水界面的界面張力。 其次考察了表面活性劑加入到隔離液中 對(duì) 第一 膠結(jié)面 膠結(jié)強(qiáng)度 的影響。 結(jié)果表明,在隔離液中加入 TS 體系和 OS 體系表面活性劑后,能顯著提高隔離液對(duì) 黏附在模擬套管壁上 油基泥漿的清洗效率,改善 模擬套管 表 面 的水潤(rùn)濕性 ,提高水泥套管壁間的界面膠結(jié)強(qiáng)度。此外還考察了無(wú)機(jī)鹽和溫度對(duì)含有表面活性劑的隔離液性能的影響 。 通過(guò)分析得出表面活性劑加入到隔離液中改善隔離液對(duì)油基泥漿沖洗效率、改善界面潤(rùn)濕狀態(tài)、提高水泥石界面膠結(jié)強(qiáng)度的機(jī)理主要是 由于表面活性劑的破乳作用、增溶作用、滲透作用和乳化穩(wěn)定作用。 關(guān)鍵詞: 隔離液;表面活性劑; 機(jī)理 ;膠結(jié)強(qiáng)度;沖洗效率 Abstract This thesis focuses on the problem of ordinary waterbased spacer39。s low cleaning efficiency to the oilbased drilling fluid and bad surface wettability causing low cement interface bonding strength, using surfactant39。s good washing, emulsifying, wetting reversal performance, according to surfactant plex principles and chemical treatment agent patibility and coordination efficiency principle, has obtained the TS surfactant spacer system and the OS surfactant spacer system. This paper firstly testes the influence of TS and OS surfactant system to surface tension of water. The results of testing indicated that the addition of to spacer can significantly lower the surface tension of water from about 70mN/m to 28~33mN/m,which also indicated that TS and OS surfactant system can significantly lower oilwater interfacial tension. Secondly, the bonding strength testing of first interface indicated that the addition of TS and OS system to spacer can significantly improve the spacer39。s cleaning efficiency to the oilbase mud and the interface hydrophilic capacity and the bonding strength of between the cement sheath and the casing wall. In addition, the influence of inanic salt and the temperature on the performance of spacer with surfactant is studied. Through the further analysis of the mechanism of surfactant improving spacer39。s cleaning efficiency to oilbase mud and surface wettability and bonding strength, the function of surfactant39。s emulsion breaking, solubilization, peration and emulsification stabilizing is obtained.
