高精度測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)的研制_畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(已修改)

【正文】 摘 要 溫度的精密控制對(duì)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的影響越來越深,而高精度的溫度測(cè)量技術(shù)是決定溫度控制精度的前提。隨著溫度控制精度的進(jìn)一步提高,普通的測(cè)溫傳感器已經(jīng)無法滿足生產(chǎn)的需求,而且在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的生產(chǎn)環(huán)境中存在大量的干擾,要求溫度測(cè)量裝置在滿足高精度的前提下,還要求高穩(wěn)定性和強(qiáng)抗干擾性。本文在綜合多種的測(cè)溫技術(shù)方案的前提之下,決定采用 MC9S12XS128 單片機(jī)為核心控制芯片,以非平衡橋來驅(qū)動(dòng)三線制 Pt1000 鉑電阻測(cè)溫電路,并且對(duì)溫度測(cè)量系統(tǒng)中涉及的非平衡電橋、信號(hào)調(diào)理電路 、控制算法等部分的機(jī)構(gòu)和原理進(jìn)行了初步研究。系統(tǒng)通過單片機(jī)的片內(nèi) A/D 模塊,把測(cè)溫電橋的輸出信號(hào)采集到單片機(jī)內(nèi)部,再設(shè)定和調(diào)試相關(guān)參數(shù),把溫度數(shù)據(jù)通過 RS232 串口線上傳給上位機(jī),再由上位機(jī)進(jìn)行控制及相關(guān)參數(shù)的實(shí)時(shí)顯示和記錄。通過多次試驗(yàn),該測(cè)溫系統(tǒng)能夠可靠的工作。 關(guān)鍵詞: 溫度測(cè)量 單片機(jī) RS232 電阻測(cè)溫器 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)說明書 第 2 頁 共 40 頁 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 裝 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 訂 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ 線 ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ ┊ Abstract Precise temperature control has the increasing influence on the modern enterprise producing, and highprecision temperature measurement technique is to determine the accuracy of temperature control of the premise. With the further improving of the precision of temperature control, the ordinary temperature sensor has been unable to meet production needs, and there is a lot of interference in the production environments. The temperature measuring devices has to meet the requirements under the premise of high accuracy, high stability and strong antiinterference also should be considered. After paring the variety of temperature measurement we decided to adopt MC9S12XS128 microcontroller as the core control chip, the threewire Pt1000 platinum resistance drived by unbalanced bridge as temperature measurement circuit. We studied signal conditioning circuitry, control algorithms and other parts of the body. The system sampled output signal of the bridge of the temperature to the internal microcontroller through A / D module, then set the relevant parameters, the temperature data via RS232 serial line to the host puter, and then be controlled by the host puter to display and to record related parameters. Through several experiments, the temperature measurement system can work reliably.
