【正文】 基于 PLC的污水處理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 近年來，污水處理廠已成為各個(gè)城市最重要的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施之一。尤其是在中小城市，新建或擴(kuò)建污水處理廠已成為當(dāng)?shù)卣纳迫嗣裆钏降念^等大事。隨著自動(dòng)化技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展，完善，污水處理廠的自動(dòng)化控制水平也相應(yīng)的提高。而PLC 控制器以其技術(shù)的成熟、通用性好、可靠性高、安裝靈活、擴(kuò)展方便、性價(jià)比高等一系列優(yōu)點(diǎn)、在工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域中得到了越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用。本文主要介紹污水處理廠自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)的組成、功能、及如何利用 PLC 實(shí)現(xiàn)污水處理自動(dòng)控制。系統(tǒng)采用層次化控制設(shè)計(jì)，分為管理 層，監(jiān)控層，與控制層。該系統(tǒng)還介紹了基于 PLC 的污水處理系統(tǒng)自控工程的實(shí)現(xiàn)以及在實(shí)施中可能遇到的若干問題和解決措施。 該 污水處理 系統(tǒng)不 僅減輕了工作人員的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度與難度，而且提高了污水處理的運(yùn)行效率和效益，實(shí)現(xiàn)了污水管理的科學(xué)性。 關(guān)鍵詞： 污水處理， PLC, 控制系統(tǒng) ABSTRACT In recent years, sewage treatment plant has bee one of the most important infrastructure of the cities. Especially in small and mediumsized cities, the newly built or expanded sewage treatment plant has bee a top priority for local governments to improve the people39。s living standard. With the unceasing development of automation technology and puter technology, the level of automation of the sewage treatment plants also improve. And PLC controller have been applied more and more in a series of industrial control advantages with its technology maturity and universal performance, high reliability, flexible, convenient installation, high performancetoprice expansion This paper mainly introduces the sewage treatment plant in automatic control system position, function and how to make use of PLC realize automatic control of the sewage treatment . The system use hierarchical control design, make up from management layer, monitoring layer and control layer. The system introduce the realization of automatic control engineering of sewage treatment system based on PLC and also refer to some problems encountered in system implementation and counter measures. The sewage treatment system not only reduce the intensity and difficulty of the workers, but also improve the operation efficiency and sewage treatment efficiency and achieve the sewage management scientific.
