題 目 : 電子商務與企業(yè)信息化建設 摘 要 隨著信息技術的發(fā)展,因特網作為工具被引入到商貿活動中,產生了電子商務。電子商務作為一種嶄新的商務運作模式,將給人類帶來一次史無前例的產業(yè)革命。成功的電子商務企業(yè)首先應使企業(yè)內部運作電子化、信息化。企業(yè)利用互聯(lián)網來發(fā)展自身的信息化,并構建信息化模型,以適應未來的發(fā)展。本文通過對電子商務和企業(yè)信息化的分析,指出 21世紀進入信息時代,企業(yè)加強信息化建設的必要性,在此基礎上指出了企業(yè)信息化與電子商務的關系,從而得出發(fā)展電子商務的基本思路。推 動電子商務與企業(yè)信息化的有機結合,相輔相成,協(xié)調發(fā)展,為企業(yè)競爭力的提升奠定基礎。 [關鍵字 ] 電子商務 企業(yè)信息化 企業(yè)信息化建設 Abstract With the development of information technology, the Inter as a tool is introduced into the merce, produce merce.
