【正文】 第 1 頁 共 3 頁 編號： 畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 題 目： 電梯控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 院 （系）： 電子工程 與自動化 學(xué)院 專 業(yè)： 電子信息科學(xué)與技術(shù)專業(yè) 學(xué)生姓名： 學(xué) 號： 0900840218 指導(dǎo)教師： 李 莉 職 稱： 講 師 題目類型： 理論研究 實驗研究 工程設(shè)計 √ 工程技術(shù)研究 軟件開發(fā) 2020 年 5 月 20 日 第 2 頁 共 38 頁 摘 要 本設(shè)計主要利用 AT89S52 單片機，實現(xiàn)電梯控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計。單片機與電機驅(qū)動電路的結(jié)合完成了電梯基本的升降、樓層?？?、方向選擇、時間控制等基本功能，研究并實現(xiàn)了在上位機的模式下通過 LABVIEW 的遠程監(jiān)測的方法，完成了系統(tǒng)樣機的設(shè)計與制作。 本設(shè)計參照了通用電梯的設(shè)計標(biāo)準，有良好的操作界面和通用的外部接口，具有人性化設(shè)計，實現(xiàn) 較好的外設(shè)兼容性。同時在系統(tǒng)樣機中完成的其它設(shè)計研究還包括，利用 LED 和蜂鳴器組成的簡單電路實現(xiàn)電梯意外聲光報警、利用數(shù)碼管實現(xiàn)電梯樓層顯示，利用 4x4 矩陣鍵盤實現(xiàn)電梯樓層按鍵選擇，利用 LED 實現(xiàn)目的樓層的 指示 ，利用MAX232 串口電路實現(xiàn)串口通信，來監(jiān)測電梯 實時 狀態(tài)。樣機使用的主要器件包括 低功耗、高性能的 AT89S52 單片機 ， 低功耗 、 低成本 、 低電壓 的 MAX232， 雙全橋電機專用驅(qū)動芯片 L298，共陰極八段數(shù)碼管 ， 4x4 矩陣鍵盤等，通過比較合理的設(shè)計使樣機系統(tǒng)基本達到了任務(wù)要求，并具有很高的性價比， 硬件設(shè)計 簡單可靠 。 軟件部分使用 keil軟件進行 C 語言 程序編寫 ， 用 proteus 7 軟件進行仿真調(diào)試。本設(shè)計中綜合使用了數(shù)字電路、模擬電路、高頻電路、單片機及編程、硬件邏輯描述、 LABVIEW 及其應(yīng)用以及計算機輔助設(shè)計（ CAD）等多方面的知識，軟硬件結(jié)合，很好地完成了本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計任務(wù)要求并取得了良好的學(xué)習(xí)效果。 關(guān)鍵詞： AT89C52；單片機；電梯控制系統(tǒng)； C語言 第 2 頁 共 3 頁 Abstract AT89S52 microcontroller, the design of the main use of the elevator control system design. System prototype design research also includes the use of LED and buzzer simple circuit elevator accident sound and light alarm, use of digital control elevator floor display 4x4 matrix keyboard elevator floor button to select the use of lightemitting diode destination floor display, the MAX232 serial circuit serial munication to monitor the state of the elevator. Prototype device includes a lowpower, highperformance singlechip AT89S52, lowpower, lowcost, lowvoltage MAX232, queen bridge motor driver chip L298N mon cathode eight digital tube, 4x4 matrix keyboard, by paring the rational design of the prototype system basically reached the mission requirements, and highly costeffective, simple and reliable hardware design. The software part using keil software written in C language programming, debug using proteus 7 software simulation. The design of the integrated use of digital circuits, analog circuits, highfrequency circuit, microcontroller and programming, hardware logic description, LABVIEW and its applications as well as puteraided design (CAD) and other aspects of knowledge, a bination of hardware and software, well done graduate design task requirements and have achieved good learning results.
