【正文】 I 生產(chǎn)線自動(dòng)稱重控制系統(tǒng) 摘 要 自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線被應(yīng)用到工業(yè)領(lǐng)域后,稱重裝置不僅是提供重量數(shù)據(jù)的簡(jiǎn)單儀表,而且 是 工業(yè)控制系統(tǒng)和管理系統(tǒng)的一個(gè)組成部分。生產(chǎn)線自動(dòng)稱重技術(shù)水平的提高,可以推進(jìn)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的自動(dòng)化和管理的現(xiàn)代化,縮短作業(yè)時(shí)間 , 改善操作條件 ,降低能源和材料的消耗 , 提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量以及加強(qiáng)企業(yè)管理。 生產(chǎn)線自動(dòng)稱重控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),以 PLC 為控制核心,稱重傳感器 采集 現(xiàn)場(chǎng) 重量信號(hào) , 稱重 變送器將 傳感器的信號(hào) 隔離放大 , 轉(zhuǎn)換成 010V 的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信 號(hào) , EM235模塊將這一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換為相對(duì)應(yīng)的數(shù)值。通過實(shí)際重量與變速重量、目 標(biāo)重量相比較,利用 PWM 脈沖控制舵機(jī)閥門旋轉(zhuǎn)角度,從而控制下料流量大小。利用電磁鐵控制稱重斗下料門開合,通過光電開關(guān)防止輔助斗物料溢出,利用報(bào)警器實(shí)現(xiàn)報(bào)警功能。整個(gè)控制過程分手動(dòng)操作和自動(dòng)操作。通過三維力控軟件構(gòu)建遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況可以實(shí)時(shí)顯示,監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的控制級(jí)別高于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)控制的級(jí)別。 關(guān)鍵詞: PLC,稱重傳感器, 報(bào)警器 ,光電開關(guān),遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控 II Production line automatic weighing control system ABSTRACT After automatic production line was applied to industry region, weighing device was not only a technique simplicity instrument to supply weight data, but also a part of industrial control system and supervisory system. The development of the production line of automatic weighing can advance the modernization of the automation and management of industrial production, reduce operating time, improve the operating conditions, reduce the consumption of energy and materials, improve product quality and strengthen enterprise management. The production line of automatic weighing control systems, PLC for the control of the core, weighing sensor to collect the live weight of the signal, the weight of the transmitter to the sensor signal isolation amplifier, and converted into standard signals of 010V, the EM235 module to the standard signal is converted to corresponds to the value. By actual weight and variable speed weight, target weight, pared to the size of the PWM pulses to control the rotation angle of the steering gear, which control the flow of cutting. The system use electromags to control the weighing bucket cutting door opening and closing, use the photoelectric switch to prevent the auxiliary bucket spillage, use the alarm to achieve alarm function. The entire control process is divided into manual operation and automatic operation. The system use threedimensional force control software to build the remote monitoring systems .it can display realtime, the monitoring system control level is higher than the level of site control.
