i 畢業(yè)論文 產(chǎn) 1500 噸雙酚 A 型環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂的工藝設(shè)計(jì) ii 摘要: 本設(shè)計(jì)采用一步法工藝生產(chǎn)雙酚 A 型環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂,即 把環(huán)氧氯丙烷和雙酚 A在催化劑氫氧化鈉作用下進(jìn)行縮合,是在同一條件下進(jìn)行開(kāi)環(huán)和閉環(huán)反應(yīng)的生產(chǎn)工藝,得到的是低分子量的液態(tài)環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂。 本文從合成工藝、生產(chǎn)技術(shù)、車(chē)間布置、環(huán)境保護(hù)等方面對(duì)年產(chǎn) 1500 噸的雙酚 A型環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算,設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容主要包括:工藝流程設(shè)計(jì),工藝路線選擇,生產(chǎn)過(guò)程物料衡算與能量衡算,工藝設(shè)備的選型與計(jì)算,車(chē)間布置設(shè)計(jì),三廢處理及其綜合利用等。 關(guān)鍵詞: 雙酚 A型環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂;一步法;工藝設(shè)計(jì) iii Annual output 1,500 Tons Bisphenol A Epoxyres in Process Design Abstract: The design uses a onestep process to produce bisphenol A epoxy resins,epichlorohydrin and bisphenol A that is under the effect of sodium hydroxide condensation catalyst,the production process is performed openloop and closedloop response under the same conditions,the obtained low molecular weight epoxy resin is a liquid. From the aspects of the synthesis process,production technology,plant layou,and environmental protection on the annual output of 1,500 tons bisphenol A resin detail design and calculation,design should include : process design,process route selection,production process material balance and energy balance,Selection and calculation of process equipment,plant layout design,waste treatment and prehensive utilization.
