料,是碳一化學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)品,在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)中占有十分重要的地位。近年來(lái),隨著甲醇下屬產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā),特別是甲醇燃料的推廣應(yīng)用,甲醇的需求大幅度上升。為了滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)甲醇的需求,開(kāi)展了此 24 萬(wàn) t/a 的甲醇項(xiàng)目。本設(shè)計(jì)介紹了甲醇生產(chǎn)方法中的木材干餾法,液相法和氣相法中的高、中、低壓法,從國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀考慮,本設(shè)計(jì)采用氣相低壓法。 本設(shè)計(jì)采用德國(guó) Lurgi 公司的甲醇合成工藝,合成塔選用該工藝中管殼式合成塔,對(duì)合成工段進(jìn)行了工藝計(jì)算,包括物料衡算及能量衡算;設(shè)備計(jì)算包括對(duì)合成塔設(shè)備選型及指標(biāo)計(jì)算。 關(guān)鍵詞: 甲 醇 合成 物料衡算 熱量衡算 合成塔 The Design of 240,000 t/a Methanol Synthesis Process
