年產(chǎn) 5 萬(wàn)噸丙酮工藝設(shè)計(jì) 摘要: 丙酮是一種用途十分廣泛的重要有機(jī)產(chǎn)品,主要用于生產(chǎn)醋酸纖維素膠片薄膜塑料和 作為 涂料的溶劑 ,及 制備甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (MMA)的上游原料 和 制備環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂、聚碳酸酯中間體雙酚 A 的原料。 目前世界上丙酮的生產(chǎn)方法有許多種,但主要方法是異丙苯法,其生產(chǎn)能力約占世界丙酮生產(chǎn)能力的 90%以上。 為了滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)丙酮的需求,特此開(kāi)展了 年產(chǎn) 5 萬(wàn)噸丙酮工藝項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)。本文主要介紹了丙酮產(chǎn)品的 生產(chǎn) 經(jīng)濟(jì)效益 , 生產(chǎn)工藝流程及流程的選擇,產(chǎn)品國(guó)內(nèi)外的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的物料 衡算及 能量 衡算 ,主要設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)及部分設(shè)備的選型。在整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中,最主要是工藝條件的合理確定及設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)和選型,其中通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算得到精餾塔直徑為 ,高為 ,精餾后得到丙酮 產(chǎn)品 為 6945kg/h。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 丙酮;異丙苯法;工藝流程 ;物料衡算;精餾塔 II The Process Design Of Producing 50kt/a Acetone Abstract: Acetone that is mainly used for plastics and coating production of cellulose acetate film solent and is the preparation of methyl methacrylate (MMA) of upstream raw materials and the preparation of epoxy resin, bisphenol A polycarbonate intermediates materials,is an important anic products of a very wide range of applications. At present, there are many kinds of production methods of acetone in the world, but the isopropyl benzene method is the main production of acetone method, which accounts for more than 90% of acetone order to meet the needs of economic development, we carry out the process project design of 50kt/a acetone. This paper mainly introduces the acetone production economic benefit, production process and the selection of process, product development situation at home and abroad, the material balance and energy balance in the process of production, the design of the main equipment and some equipment selection. In the design process,it is most important to design reasonable process condition and select equipment.
