I 哈 爾 濱 理 工 大 學(xué) 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) 重型推土機(jī)工作裝置設(shè)計(jì) II . 重型推土機(jī)工作裝置設(shè)計(jì) 摘要 推土機(jī)作為鏟土運(yùn)輸機(jī)械中最具代表性的機(jī)種之一,是由許多部件組合起來(lái)的一個(gè)整體,其整機(jī)性能不僅取決于每個(gè)部件的品質(zhì),而且取決于各部件之間的相互協(xié)調(diào)。 推土工作裝置是推土機(jī)的重要部件 , 其設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)的優(yōu)劣將直接影響到推土機(jī)的性能。 在全面了解履帶式推土機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)與工作原理的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化履帶式推土機(jī)工作裝置。文中詳細(xì)敘述了履帶式推土機(jī)的總體設(shè)計(jì)、推土工作裝置結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) 當(dāng)中各部件的鉸接方案的確定以及參數(shù) 的計(jì)算過(guò)程,包括推土鏟的設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算、松土器的設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算、工作裝置液壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、頂推梁的設(shè)計(jì)與強(qiáng)度校核、推土機(jī)作業(yè)阻力的計(jì)算等,完成了符合設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)要求的履帶式推土機(jī)的工作裝置 關(guān)鍵詞 履帶式 推土機(jī) ; 工作裝置 ; 液壓;強(qiáng)度校核 III Design of Work Installment on Bulldozer Abstract Bulldozer scraping transport machinery was the representative of the types of planes which is bined many ponents. Its overall performance depends not only on the quality of each ponent, but also depend on the mutual coordination of all the parts. In blade bulldozer, working device is an important ponent. Its design parameters will impact on the performance of the bulldozers. Based on a prehensive understanding of tractor structure and working principle,design tractor equipment and process simulation are intrduced. This paper describes the crawler tractor, the overall design Blade working device structure design of the various ponents hinged program and the calculation process. This paper also describes including the blade design and calculation, scarification of design and putation, the equipment hydraulic system design, pushing beam design and strength check, and calculates for the bulldozers resistance operations and design for process simulation system.
