【正文】 西南林業(yè)大學(xué) 本科畢業(yè)(設(shè)計(jì))論文 ( 2020屆) 題目 :青藏高原緯度梯度下紫花針茅種子大小適應(yīng)性的初步研究 教學(xué)院系 環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè) 環(huán)境科學(xué) 學(xué)生姓名 刁開(kāi)佑 指導(dǎo)教師 劉文勝 評(píng) 閱 人 齊丹卉(講 師) 2020 年 5 月 10 日 青藏高原緯度梯度下紫花針茅種子大小適應(yīng)性的初步研究 刁開(kāi)佑 (西南林業(yè)大學(xué)環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院,云南 昆明 650224) 摘要 :紫花針茅( Stipa purpurea)是青藏高原上一種分布較為 廣泛、對(duì)惡劣環(huán)境抵抗能力較強(qiáng)、適應(yīng)性較高的植物。但由于近年來(lái)環(huán)境狀況日趨惡劣、氣候變暖等因素其生長(zhǎng)受到了較大的影響。為了了解紫花針茅對(duì)水熱等環(huán)境條件的適應(yīng),本文通過(guò)對(duì)紫花針茅種子隨景觀變化以及紫花針茅與各指標(biāo)間的權(quán)衡關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明:①種子直徑隨著緯度的增加而增加,說(shuō)明大種子在水熱條件較差時(shí)有較好的適應(yīng)性;芒長(zhǎng)隨著緯度的增加而增加,說(shuō)明芒長(zhǎng)的增加有利于種子的傳播及能促進(jìn)種子的萌發(fā);第二節(jié)間直徑隨著緯度的增加而增加,說(shuō)明第二節(jié)間直徑長(zhǎng)得越健壯越有利于穗的生長(zhǎng)。穗長(zhǎng)隨著海拔的升高而減小,說(shuō)明海拔較高的區(qū)域 較低矮的穗有更強(qiáng)的適應(yīng)性;種子數(shù)量隨著海拔的升高而減小,說(shuō)明高海拔區(qū)環(huán)境惡劣植株生長(zhǎng)狀況而導(dǎo)致差結(jié)實(shí)率低。種子各指標(biāo)與經(jīng)度的變化均無(wú)關(guān)系。②種子直徑隨著第二節(jié)間直徑的增大而增大,種子總重量隨種子直徑的增加而增大;外稃長(zhǎng)、芒長(zhǎng)、內(nèi)稃長(zhǎng)、種子總重量隨著種子長(zhǎng)的增加而增加。 關(guān)鍵詞 :青藏高原;紫花針茅;種子大小;芒長(zhǎng) QinghaiTibet Plateau latitudinal gradient Stipa purpurea a preliminary study of seed size adaptation Diao Kaiyou (College of Environmental Science and Engineering, Southwest Forestry University, Kunming 650224, China) Abstract: Stipa purpurea is a distribution on the QinghaiTibet Plateau is more widespread, strong resistance to harsh environments, adaptability higher plants.
