三 江 學(xué) 院 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 課題名稱 PLC 在冷陰極燈管生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用 電氣工程 系 電氣工程自動(dòng)及其自動(dòng)化 專業(yè) 學(xué) 號(hào) Z04071013 學(xué)生姓名 房櫻燕 指導(dǎo)教師 熊田忠 起訖 日期 ~ 工作地點(diǎn) 實(shí)驗(yàn) 樓 L408 I 摘 要 目前,在冷陰極燈管( CCFL)生產(chǎn)線上,大多使用手工生產(chǎn)。由于冷陰極燈管細(xì)小且易碎,人工生產(chǎn)工作量大,導(dǎo)致生產(chǎn)效率低,同時(shí)也會(huì)產(chǎn)生生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量上的問題。本文的目標(biāo)是:采用西門子 S7300 PLC 對(duì) CCFL 的后續(xù)生產(chǎn)工序進(jìn)行自動(dòng)化改造,以提高產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)效率。 文中分析了 CCFL 后續(xù)的大致生產(chǎn)工藝。進(jìn)行了生產(chǎn)線的硬件設(shè)計(jì),包括 PLC、 SM輸入 /輸出模塊、 MM420 變頻器及電機(jī)等部分。軟件設(shè)計(jì)利用 STEP7 編程,主要有變頻器控制電機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)、機(jī)械手控制產(chǎn)品上線傳送、功能檢測、清潔、計(jì)數(shù)及移位、自動(dòng)包裝等六個(gè)部分。所有程序在 S7PLCSIM 中仿真并下載至硬件進(jìn)行調(diào)試。 仿真和硬件調(diào)試的結(jié)果符合 CCFL 生產(chǎn)工藝要求,自動(dòng)化程度大為提高,具有很好的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 關(guān)鍵詞: CCFL 生產(chǎn)線; PLC;軟件編程;仿真;調(diào)試 II Abstract At present, owing to the thinness and fragileness, the Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp (CCFL) on assembly lines mostly depends on manual work which consumes much labor and results in low production efficiency and poor product quality. The target of this paper is that the automated modification by using the Siemens S7300 PLC in the CCFL’s subsequent production process will improve the efficiency. This paper analyzed the CCFL’s subsequent production process and designed the hardware of the assembly lines, including PLC, SM Input/Output Module, MM420 Frequency Conversion and Motor, etc.. The design of the software used STEP7 to program, including such six parts as motor control by frequency inverter, workpiecesupplymanipulator control, functional check, cleaning, counting and transfer, automatic packing. All the programs were simulated in S7PLCSIM and loaded down to the hardware to debug. The result of the simulation and the hardware debugging matched the demand of the CCEF’s production process and brought great improvement in the automatization, showing that the design had great value on the application.
