【正文】 江西渝州科技職業(yè)學(xué)院 ?？飘厴I(yè)論文 論建設(shè)工程施工圖設(shè)計(jì)階段的造價(jià)控制 THE THEORY OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COST CONTROL OF CONSTRUCTION DRAWING DESIGN PHASE 學(xué)院（部）： 土木工程學(xué)院 專業(yè)班級(jí)： 建筑 1111 學(xué)生姓名： 鄒高祥 指導(dǎo)教師： 劉雪蓉老師 2020 年 12 月 06 日 江西渝州科技職業(yè)學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文 II 論建設(shè)工程施工圖 設(shè)計(jì)階段的造價(jià)控制 摘要 在設(shè)計(jì)階段影響設(shè)計(jì)方案選擇的因素較多，設(shè)計(jì)者的靈活性也較大。往往一個(gè)項(xiàng)目可以有多個(gè)建筑方案，但一個(gè)先進(jìn)的設(shè)計(jì)方案，一方面是應(yīng)具有技術(shù)上的先進(jìn)性，同時(shí)還必須與其他方案相比具有更好的經(jīng)濟(jì)性。設(shè)計(jì)階段投資控制的核心任務(wù)就是尋求技術(shù)與經(jīng)濟(jì)的最佳結(jié)合點(diǎn)，而控制工程造價(jià)最有效的手段就是做到技術(shù)與經(jīng)濟(jì)相結(jié)合。 每一個(gè)項(xiàng)目能否可行 ,它工程造價(jià)的多少?zèng)Q定著這項(xiàng)工程的可行性。所以對(duì)工程造價(jià)的控制自然會(huì)聯(lián)系著工程建設(shè)的整個(gè)過程 ， 一個(gè)好的設(shè)計(jì)要在最大限度滿足建筑物實(shí)用功能需求的同時(shí) ,更重要的是可以降 低購(gòu)價(jià) ,獲得高額的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。對(duì)一個(gè)工程項(xiàng)目而言 ,施工圖設(shè)計(jì)階段的造價(jià)控制雖然遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)比不了方案的設(shè)計(jì)階段對(duì)工程造價(jià)控制的影響 ， 但它仍然是控制工程造價(jià)的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié) ,同時(shí)對(duì)建筑施工階段的造價(jià)控制起著至關(guān)重要的作用。通過對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)化技術(shù) ,使設(shè)計(jì)人員能夠從校核、被動(dòng)的分析轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橹鲃?dòng)的設(shè)計(jì) ,然后能為整體性的方案設(shè)計(jì)提供決策 ,實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)計(jì) 安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)、適用 的最終目標(biāo)。 本文針對(duì)工程造價(jià)管理的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題，在深入分析設(shè)計(jì)階段影響工程造價(jià)因素的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合設(shè)計(jì)階段控制工程造價(jià)的特點(diǎn)，提出了有效地控制設(shè)計(jì)階段工程造價(jià)的途徑和方法。 關(guān)鍵詞：施工圖， 設(shè)計(jì)方案，造價(jià)控制， 控制管理 江西渝州科技職業(yè)學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文 III THE THEORY OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COST CONTROL OF CONSTRUCTION DRAWING DESIGN PHASE ABSTRACT There are many factors influencing the choice of design in the design stage, the flexibility of designers are also great.
