天津職業(yè)技術(shù)師范大學(xué) Tianjin University of Technology and Education 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) 專 業(yè): 材料成型及控制工程 班級(jí)學(xué)號(hào): 材料 0612 01 學(xué)生姓名: AB 指導(dǎo)教師: CD 講師 二〇一一年六月 天津職業(yè)技術(shù)師范大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 鼠標(biāo)底座逆向設(shè)計(jì)與模具設(shè)計(jì) The mouse base reverse design and mold design 專業(yè)班級(jí):材料 0612 學(xué)生姓名: 指導(dǎo)教師: 講師 學(xué) 院:機(jī)械工程學(xué)院 2020 年 6 月 摘 要 隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,計(jì)算機(jī)三維造型技術(shù)特別是逆向工程技術(shù)在工業(yè)上已經(jīng)得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。為了解決塑料產(chǎn)品外形設(shè)計(jì)周期長(zhǎng)的困難,該課題研究了鼠標(biāo)外形的逆向工程造型方法,并對(duì)逆向工程概念、方法進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的闡述,同時(shí)又以鼠標(biāo)為例詳細(xì)介紹了對(duì)鼠標(biāo)外形進(jìn)行逆向工程的步驟。 將逆向工程技術(shù)應(yīng)用到塑料 鼠標(biāo)模具的設(shè)計(jì)與制造中 , 從而實(shí)現(xiàn)注塑模的快速設(shè)計(jì)與制造 。 本課題主要是 鼠標(biāo)底座 的 逆向設(shè)計(jì)與 模具設(shè)計(jì) , 首先 采用三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量?jī)x采集數(shù)據(jù),利用 UG 和 Imageware 軟件進(jìn)行 點(diǎn)云 數(shù)據(jù)處理、模型重建。 然后 通過(guò)對(duì)塑件進(jìn)行工藝的分析和比較 ,最終設(shè)計(jì)出一副注塑模具來(lái)生產(chǎn) 鼠標(biāo)底座 塑件產(chǎn)品,以實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化提高產(chǎn)量。該課題從產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性,具體模具結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā),對(duì)模具的澆注系統(tǒng)、模具成型部分的結(jié)構(gòu)、頂出系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、注塑機(jī)的選擇及有關(guān)參數(shù)的校核、都有詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì),針對(duì) 鼠標(biāo)底座 的具體結(jié)構(gòu),該模具是 潛伏式 澆口的 單 分型面注射模具 , 通過(guò)整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程表明該模具能夠達(dá)到此塑件所要求的加工工藝。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 逆向工程;點(diǎn)云; 鼠標(biāo); 注塑模具 ; 分型面 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of puter technique, the technology of 3D puteraided prototyping, especially the Reverse Engineering, has been more widely used in industry. In order to solve the plastic product appearance design cycle long difficulties, This research a mouse shape modelling of reverse engineering and the methods to reverse engineering concept, methods, systematic expatiation on the mouse again at the same time as an example of the mouse shape introduced in detail the steps to reverse engineer. Will reverse engineering technology is applied to plastic mouse die design and manufacture, so as to realize the rapid injection mold design and manufacturing. This topic is the base of the reverse design is the mouse with mold design, first adopt three coordinates measuring instrument gathering data, using UG and Imageware software to the point cloud data processing, model reconstruction. Then through the plastic parts for process analysis and parison, the final design out a pair of injection mold to produce a mouse base plastic product, in order to realize automation to increase production. This topic from product structure technology, based on the mould structure, specific to mould gating system, the structure of its molding part, ejection system, cooling system, the injection molding machine selection and related parameter checking, have detailed design, according to the specific structure of mouse base the mould is latent type gate of single parting surface injection mould, through the whole design process shows that the mold can achieve the required plastic parts processing.
