學(xué)校代碼: 11059 學(xué) 號: 1102031041 Hefei University 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) B A C HE L OR D I SSE RTAT I ON 論文題目: 日處理 3 萬噸氮肥廠廢水處理工藝設(shè)計 學(xué)位類別: 工學(xué) 學(xué)士 學(xué)科專業(yè): 環(huán)境工程 作者姓名: 趙松濤 導(dǎo)師姓名: 葉勁松 完成時間: 2020 年 5 月 合肥學(xué)院 2020 級 畢業(yè)設(shè)計 日處理 3 萬噸氮肥廠廢水處理工藝設(shè)計 摘 要 本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計的題目為日處理 3 萬噸氮肥廠廢 水處理工藝設(shè)計。 進(jìn)水水質(zhì)情況如下COD800mg/l, BOD5250mg/l, SS300mg/l, NH4N1000mg/l, pH8~ 9。 設(shè)計 主 要任 務(wù)是確定污水處理廠設(shè)計 規(guī)模、進(jìn)行多方案比較、選定工藝流程、 各單體設(shè)計、 進(jìn)行高程設(shè)計、工藝設(shè)備選型、 總平面布置。 該設(shè)計 采用吹脫法 +AO 工藝 處理氮肥廠的氨氮廢水 。污水處理流程為: 細(xì)格柵 到 初沉 池,初沉池到調(diào)節(jié)池,調(diào)節(jié)池到吹脫塔,吹脫塔到 AO 池, AO 池到二沉池 。 廢水處理后排入城市管網(wǎng) 。 污泥處理流程為:從二沉池排出的污泥一部分經(jīng)污泥回流泵房回流至 AO 池 ,另一部分剩余污 泥脫水后外運處置。所選的 吹脫法 +AO 工藝, 對氨氮廢水 具有 較好的處理 效果。 處理后達(dá)到 《合成氨工業(yè)水污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》( GB13458- 2020)中的間接排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 關(guān)鍵詞: 氮肥廠廢水 ; 高氨氮 ; AO;吹脫法; 合肥學(xué)院 2020 級 畢業(yè)設(shè)計 Treatment process design for a 30000 tons nitrogenous fertilizer plant’s wastewater Abstract This graduation project topic is the process design for the treatment of30000 tons wastewater of the nitrogen fertilizer plant in a day. The influent water quality is as follows: COD800mg/l, BOD5250mg/l, NH4N1000mg/l, pH8, SS300mg/l ~ primary mission is determined the sewage treatment plant design scale, carries on the multiplan parison, designated the technical process, carries on the elevation design, the process unit shaping, various monomers design, the total plane arrangement. Air stripping method and AO are adopt in the treatment process of the specific process of the treatment is : the fine grid to the beginning of the sink, the beginning of the pool to adjust the pool, adjust the pool to air stripping tower, tower to the AO pool, AO pool to two treatment into the city pipe work. Sludge treatment process for: from the sludge of secondary sedimentation tank discharge of a part through a sludge reflux pump back to the Ao pool, another part of the residual sludge dewatering Sinotrans disposal. The +AO process of the Air stripping method has good effect for ammonia nitrogen wastewater. The quality of the water can reached synthetic ammonia industrial water pollutant discharge standards (GB134582020) indirect discharge standard of the.
