【正文】 1 新家園 02 塊地 4樓施工組織設(shè)計(jì) 編者：楊江峰 指導(dǎo)老師：宋志飛 時(shí)間： — 2 摘 要 本施工組織設(shè)計(jì) 作為 指導(dǎo) 施工項(xiàng)目 全過程各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)的技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和組織的綜合性文件 ， 它是工程開工后施工活動(dòng)能有序、高效、科學(xué)合理地進(jìn)行的保證。 本 施工組織設(shè)計(jì)包括施工方案 、 施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃 、 施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng) 平面 布置 以及 施工部署 。 其中施工方案和施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃是用來指導(dǎo)施工的， 施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃 結(jié)合 最佳施工方案在時(shí)間上的安排，采用計(jì)劃的形式，使工期、成本、資源等方面，通過計(jì)算和調(diào)整達(dá)到優(yōu)化配置，符合項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)的要求 。 施工平面 布置 圖是施工方案及施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃在空間上的全面安排。它把投入的各種資源、材料、構(gòu)件、機(jī)械、道路、水電供應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、生產(chǎn)、生活活動(dòng)場(chǎng)地及各種臨時(shí)工程設(shè)施合理地布置在施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，使整個(gè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)能有組織地進(jìn)行文明施工 。 施工部署是對(duì)整個(gè)建設(shè)項(xiàng) 目全局作出的統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃和全面安排，其主要解決影響建設(shè)項(xiàng)目全局的重大戰(zhàn)略問題。 編制時(shí)對(duì)目標(biāo)工期、工程質(zhì)量、項(xiàng)目管理機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置、勞動(dòng)力組織、施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃控制、機(jī)械設(shè)備及周轉(zhuǎn)材料配備、主要分部分項(xiàng)工程施工方法、安全保證措施、文明施工及環(huán)境保護(hù)措施、降低成本措施等諸多因素盡可能充分考慮，突出科學(xué)性及可行性。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 施工組織設(shè)計(jì) 施工方案 施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃 施工部署 施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)平面布置 文明施工 安全保證措施 3 Abstract The construction design as to guide the construction project activities, technical, economic and anizational documents, it is after the start of the project construction activities, orderly and efficient, scientific and rational manner the construction design, including the construction plan, construction schedule, construction site layout and construction deployment. Construction plan and construction schedule is used to guide construction, construction schedule and the best construction program in the timing and form of plan, so that the duration, cost, resources, calculated and adjusted to achieve optimal allocation of ply with the requirements of the project objectives. The construction floor plan is a prehensive arrangement in space of the construction plan and construction schedule.
