電力電子課程設(shè)計(jì) 直流斬波電路的設(shè)計(jì) 系 、 部: 電氣與信息工程學(xué)院 學(xué)生姓名: 劉宗泉 指導(dǎo)教師: 肖文英 職稱 副教授 專 業(yè): 自動化 班 級: 1102 班 完成時(shí)間: 2021 年 5 月 28 日 摘 要 直流斬波電路 ( DC Chopper) 的功能是將直流電變?yōu)榱硪还潭妷夯蚩烧{(diào)電壓的直流電,也稱為直接直流 直流變換器 ( DC/DC Converter) 。直流斬波電路一般是指直接將直流電變?yōu)榱硪恢绷麟姷那闆r,不包括直流 交流 直流的情況。 習(xí)慣上, DCDC 變 換器包括以上兩種情況。 直流斬波電路的種類較多,包括 6種基本斬波電路:降壓斬波電路,升壓斬波電路,升降壓斬波電路, Cuk斬波電路, Sepic 斬波電路和 Zeta 斬波電路,其中前兩種是最基本的電路。一方面,這兩種電路應(yīng)用最為廣泛,另一方面,理解了這兩種電路可為理解其他的電路打下基礎(chǔ)。 利用不同的基本斬波電路進(jìn)行組合,可構(gòu)成復(fù)合斬波電路,如電流可逆斬波電路、橋式可逆斬波電路等。利用相同結(jié)構(gòu) 的基本斬波電路進(jìn)行組合,可構(gòu)成多相多重?cái)夭娐贰? 直流斬波電路廣泛應(yīng)用于直流傳動和開關(guān)電源領(lǐng)域,是電力電子領(lǐng)域的熱點(diǎn)。全控型器件絕緣柵雙極晶體管( InsulatedGate Bipolar,IGBT)綜合了 電力晶體管( Giant Transistor,GTR ) 和電力 場效應(yīng)管( Power Field Effect,MOSFET) 的優(yōu)點(diǎn),具有良好的特性。目前已取代了原來 GTR 和一部分電力 MOSFET 的市場,應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域迅速擴(kuò)展,成為中小功率電力電子設(shè)備的主導(dǎo)器件。 本 課程設(shè)計(jì)使用全控型器件 IGBT 做 降壓斬波電路 控制器件; SG3525 作為控制芯片, EXB841 作為驅(qū)動芯片 討論降壓斬波主電路、控制電路、驅(qū)動電路和保護(hù)電路的原理與設(shè)計(jì)。 關(guān)鍵詞 : IGBT;降壓斬波電路 ; SG3525; EXB841 ABSTRACT DC Chopper circuit (DC Chopper) is the function of the direct current (DC) to a fixed voltage or adjustable voltage direct current (DC), also known as direct dcdc Converter (DC/DC Converter).
