哈爾濱工程大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)論文 摘 要 本文采用原位聚合法制備了脲醛樹脂微膠囊,并深入研究了脲醛預(yù)聚體制備條件以及預(yù)聚體縮聚條件對(duì)脲醛樹脂微膠囊形成的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,脲醛預(yù)聚體的制備條件以及預(yù)聚體縮聚過程中的酸性催化劑、酸化時(shí)間、縮聚溫度、縮聚時(shí)間、固化劑及其用量、固化溫度對(duì)脲醛樹脂微膠囊的形成有很大的影響,通過對(duì)這些條件進(jìn)行控制我們制備出了內(nèi)外表面光滑、形態(tài)完整、無粘連分散性好、堅(jiān)固透明具有很好光學(xué)形態(tài)的脲醛樹脂微膠囊,為制備用做電子紙電泳微室的電泳微膠囊打下了基礎(chǔ)。 本文進(jìn)一步開展了藍(lán)色電泳微膠囊的制備研究,主要通過原位聚合法,以二氧化鈦分散在油性藍(lán)染色的四氯乙烯中作為復(fù)合芯材制備出了具有很好形態(tài)和抗?jié)B透性能的藍(lán)色電泳微膠囊。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,通過對(duì)反應(yīng)條件進(jìn)行精細(xì)的控制能夠解決制備復(fù)合芯材微膠囊所存在的相分離等難題,制備出了滿足要求的藍(lán)色電泳微膠囊。 研究結(jié)果表明,原位聚合法制備脲醛樹脂微膠囊方法簡(jiǎn)單、工藝易控制、設(shè)備簡(jiǎn)單 ,適合于制備電泳微膠囊。實(shí)驗(yàn)制得的電泳微膠囊具有很好的形態(tài) ,有望應(yīng)用于電子紙的制備。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 電泳微膠囊;原位聚合;脲醛樹脂哈爾濱工程大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)論文 ABSTRACT In this paper the method of preparing UF resin microcapsules via insitu interfacial polymerization are reported. We emphasis on the effects of synthesis conditions for UF prepolymer and polymerization conditions of prepolymer on forming of UF resin microcapsules. It was discovered that the forming of UF resin microcapsules was the function of various conditions, such as synthesis conditions for UF prepolymer, acidic catalyzer, acidification time, polymerization temperature, polymerization time, condensate and its dosage and solidify temperature. The UF resin microcapsules prepared with such conditions had many merits, such as smooth inner and outer surface, plete morphology, good dispersity and transparence, etc. This will provide a good foundation for the preparation of electrophoretic microcapsules. In addition, the preparation of blue electrophoretic microcapsules are researched. Electrophoretic microcapsules with good morphology and resistane to perability were prepared via insitu interfacial polymerization using oil blue and TiO2 nanoparticles dispersed in tetrachloroethylene as core materials. Experiments shows that we are able to prepare desired electrophoretic microcapsules by controlling reaction conditions. Experiments shows that the method of insitu interfacial polymerization for preparation of UF resin microcapsules had many merits, such as simple method, ordinary facility and maneuverable arts, etc. It is well for the synthesize of the electrophoretic microcapsules. Electrophoretic microcapsules prepared by us had good morphology and desired performance. This will provide a good foundation for the preparation of electronic paper.
