【正文】 摘 要 摘 要 隨著計算機技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展，計算機在企業(yè)、公司的管理中得到了廣泛的應(yīng)運，利用計算機實現(xiàn)企業(yè)、公司的人員信息的管理勢在必行。本系統(tǒng)結(jié)合公司實際的人員管理制度，經(jīng)過實際的需求分析，采用功能強大的 Microsoft Visual Studio 2021 作為 開發(fā)工具，利用面向?qū)ο蟮?C語言作為開發(fā)語言而開發(fā)出來的單機版公司人員管理系統(tǒng)。 針對本系統(tǒng)功能的需求，本人對 SQL Server 2021 數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)、 SQL 語言原理、 C應(yīng)運程序設(shè)計進行了較深入的學(xué)習(xí)和應(yīng)用，使系統(tǒng)更加實用、方便易操作等。 整個系統(tǒng) 從符合操作簡便、界面友好、靈活、實用、安全的要求出發(fā)，完成人員信息管理的全過程，包括員工信息查詢、老員工信息修改、新 員工 的增加、員工離職后信息的刪除等管理工作。經(jīng)過實際使用證明，本文所設(shè)計的公司人員管理系統(tǒng)可以滿足現(xiàn)代公司在員工管理方面的需要。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 員工管理系統(tǒng) 數(shù)據(jù)庫 SQL 語言 C 窗體 測試 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT With the rapid development of puter technology, puters in the enterprise or the pany39。s management should be widely transported, using puter enterprise or the pany39。s personnel information management is imperative. The system bines the pany39。s actual personnel management system, after the actual needs analysis, the use of powerful Microsoft Visual Studio 2021 as a development tool and using objectoriented C language as a programming language developed out of the standalone pany personnel management system. Demand against the system function , myself to SQL the Server 2021 database management system ,the SQL language theory ,the C application programming have carried on a more indepth study and application ,and make the system more practical, more convenient to be easy to operate and so on. The entire system from fits with simple, userfriendly, flexible, practical, safety requirements , pleted the whole process of staff information management, including employee information inquiry, the old employee information changes, the increase for new members of staff after the deletion of information management. After the actual use prove this by pany personnel management system designed to meet modern panies in employee management needs.
