本科機(jī)械畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文 CAD 圖紙 401339828 I 摘 要 連桿是很多機(jī)械中的主要部件之 一 ,例如在汽車(chē)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)中有重要的作用。本設(shè)計(jì)主要介紹了普通連桿的加工工藝及其夾具設(shè)計(jì)。本設(shè)計(jì)主要內(nèi)容有普通連桿的作用、選材、毛坯的制造方法、連桿的技術(shù)要求、加工工藝路線(xiàn)的制定、加工設(shè)備的選擇,刀具、量具,切削用量的選擇計(jì)算等,并設(shè)計(jì)出一套加工連桿的的專(zhuān)用夾具,最終達(dá)到零件的技術(shù)要求。通過(guò)制定連桿加工工和設(shè)計(jì)夾具為工人加工連桿提供了依據(jù)。而我要設(shè)計(jì)的三孔連桿 工藝規(guī)程的設(shè)計(jì)是從零件圖開(kāi)始對(duì)零件的加工工藝進(jìn)行了分析,并通過(guò)查表、計(jì)算對(duì) 毛坯 材料、制造方法等進(jìn)行選擇確定。然 后根據(jù)定位基準(zhǔn)的選擇原則和所要求的加工精度,確定加工基準(zhǔn)和加工方法。并最終確定加工工藝路線(xiàn)。參閱有關(guān)技術(shù)手冊(cè)計(jì)算確定三孔連桿的機(jī)械加工余量、工序尺寸和毛坯尺寸并繪制出了毛坯圖,計(jì)算其相關(guān)加工工序的切削用量并制作了加工工序卡片。最后,確定加工機(jī)床和工藝裝備,并對(duì)專(zhuān)用夾具進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。 關(guān)鍵詞:三孔連桿;加工工藝;工裝設(shè)計(jì) 本科機(jī)械畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文 CAD 圖紙 401339828 II Abstract The connecting rod is one of the main parts of car engines, and it plays an important role in the car engines. The text mainly tells us the processing technology and the design of clamping device of vehicle engine connecting rod. The text include the function, selecting the material, the method of manufacturing the rough, the technical requirements, designing the processing route, selecting the equipments, the tools, the measuring instruments, calculating the cutting dosages, and then design the clamping device of vehicle engine connecting rod. At last, it can meet the technical requirements of the connecting rod. It can provide the basis to the workers according to formulating the processing technology and designing clamping device of vehicle engine connecting rod. From the start of the work diagram, the work of the processing was analysed. Through the lookup table and calculation ,blank materials, manufacturing methods was base was choice. Then according to the principle of datum reference and requirement of design precision,we determined the processing standards and processing method,and ultimately determine processing route. Refer to the related technical manuals,machining allowance, procedure sizes and blank dimension was determined, blank drawing was drawn. Then, calculate cutting dosages of the related processes and make proces sheets. Finally, chose the processing machine and process equipment and design special fixure.
