摘 要 分析了手機(jī)充電器外殼的工藝特點(diǎn),介紹了手機(jī)充電器外殼上蓋注射模結(jié)構(gòu)及模具的工作過(guò)程。重點(diǎn)介紹了手機(jī)充電器外殼注射模結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)方法。此手機(jī)充電器外殼注射模設(shè)計(jì)的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)是點(diǎn)澆口形式的單分型面的注射模,模具采用一模兩腔的結(jié)構(gòu),兩塑件平行放置,方向相反以便側(cè)向抽芯。儀用熱流道,可以消除廢料的產(chǎn)生,但流道過(guò)長(zhǎng)加熱較復(fù)雜,而且 ABS塑料流動(dòng)性較好易產(chǎn)生涎流現(xiàn)象,改用 PP等其它符合熱流道的塑料,不僅塑性能不能滿足制件功能要求,而且增加生產(chǎn)成本。本設(shè)計(jì)采用嵌入式型腔結(jié)構(gòu)。該結(jié)構(gòu)廣泛應(yīng)用于中小型塑件的模具中。加工 方法可采用普通機(jī)加工、數(shù)控機(jī)床、電火花、電鑄成型等方法。將一個(gè)整體型腔嵌入到型腔固定板中,嵌入的型腔材料可用低碳鋼或低碳合金鋼,滲碳淬火后拋光。 該模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)巧妙,操作方便,使用壽命長(zhǎng),塑件達(dá)到技術(shù)要求。 關(guān)鍵詞: 手機(jī)充電器外殼,注射模,型芯,型腔 中原工學(xué)院信息商務(wù)學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì)) Mobile phone charger tooling design Abstract Has analyzed the handset battery charger outer covering craft characteristic, introduced the handset battery charger outer covering top head injection mold structure and the mold work process.
