【正文】 重慶大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文 中文摘要 摘 要 建筑行業(yè) 不良 的安全和 職工 健康狀況嚴(yán)重影響了建筑業(yè)的形象，阻礙了建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展。據(jù)建設(shè)部統(tǒng)計(jì) ， 僅 2020 年我國上半年就發(fā)生建筑安全死亡事故 972起，死亡 1038 人，即每天有近 6 人死于建筑安全事故。建筑施工企業(yè)是建筑安全事故最直接的制造者和參與者，因此從建筑施工企業(yè)角度研究建筑安全問題將是一個(gè)直接有效的方式。同時(shí)，筆者認(rèn)為從成本角度研究建筑安全將會(huì)使建筑施工企業(yè)乃至整個(gè)社會(huì)能夠更清晰地認(rèn)識到建筑安全的嚴(yán)峻形勢和建筑安全管理的重要性。本文的研究內(nèi)容主要包括以下幾個(gè)部分： 第一部分：主要介紹了本文的 研究背景，研究的目的、意義，并對研究的主要內(nèi)容和主要的研究方法進(jìn)行了界定。 中國最龐大的資料庫下載 第二部分：對我國的建筑安全管理現(xiàn)狀、建筑施工企業(yè)安全管理現(xiàn)狀以及建筑施工企業(yè)安全成本管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了較深入的分析和研究，指出目前我國的嚴(yán)峻形勢，同時(shí)也指出安全投入不足是主要原因之一。最后筆者從成本和施工企業(yè)的角度入手，提出建立建筑施工企業(yè)安全成本核算體制將是一個(gè)有效的解決方式。 第三部分：分析安全成本的涵義、分類、特點(diǎn)以及建筑施工企業(yè)安全損失成本的歸集，然后論述建筑施工企業(yè)安全成本 核算的涵義、科目設(shè)置、建筑施工企業(yè)安全成本核算體制的建立等。 第四部分：首先研究了成本分析內(nèi)容及相關(guān)指標(biāo)，然后對建筑施工企業(yè)安全的投入、產(chǎn)出以及效益等進(jìn)行了研究，并提出建筑施工企業(yè)安全投入的優(yōu)化措施和建筑施工企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)進(jìn)行全過程的安全成本管理。 第五部分：對建筑施工企業(yè)建立自己的安全成本核算體系提出了建議和希望，同時(shí)也指出了本文存在的一些不足之處。 綜上所述，本文較為系統(tǒng)的完成了建筑施工企業(yè)安全成本核算的論述，希望本文的研究能夠?yàn)槲覈ㄖ┕て髽I(yè)的健康成長起一定的幫助作用，并進(jìn)一步為我國建筑業(yè)的發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)。 關(guān)鍵詞： 建筑施工企業(yè)，安全成本，成本核算重慶大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文 英文摘要 ABSTRACT The bad conditions of safety and health have greatly affected the image of the construction industry and also the development of it. It could be shown from the statistical data issued by the Ministry of Construction that 1038 workers have died from 972 construction accidents in the first half of year 2020, that is, nearly 6 died each day in average. The construction enterprises are directly related to those accidents so that it is really a direct and effective way to study the safety issue in the sight of construction enterprise. Meanwhile, the author proposes the research on construction safety from the aspect of cost, which makes the construction enterprises and even the whole society realize the severe situation and importance of construction safety management. The content of the research consists of: First Part: Mainly introduces the research background, aims, significance of this research, and defines main contents and researching approach. Second Part: Deeply analyzes the current situation in China of building safety management, safety management and safety cost management of construction enterprises, and points out the serious situation which is mainly caused by the lack of investment on safety management. Meanwhile, the author suggests that constitution of the safety cost accounting system in construction enterprises is an effective approach to solve this problem form the aspects of the cost and construction enterprises. Third Part: Analyzes the meaning, classification, features of safety cost, and sorts the lost of safety in construction enterprises. Then, he discusses the meanings, items and systems of the safety cost accounting of construction enterprises. Fourth Part: studies on the contents and relevant indicators of cost analysis, and the input, output and effectiveness of safety management in construction enterprises. I hope it could do some effects and on the development of construction enterprise and contribution to the whole industry.
