【正文】 形成紀(jì)要，印發(fā)三方相應(yīng)機(jī)構(gòu)和有關(guān)企業(yè)。6．協(xié)調(diào)會議未達(dá)成一致意見或出現(xiàn)事先未預(yù)料的問題時，可以暫休會，具體休會期限及下次會議的具體時間、地點、內(nèi)容由三方商定。本制度自2014年1月1日起施行。格薩拉彝族鄉(xiāng)人民政府二○一四年一月四日第二篇：版協(xié)商解除用工關(guān)系、勞動關(guān)系三方協(xié)議書協(xié)商解除用工關(guān)系、勞動關(guān)系協(xié)議書Labor Relationship Termination Agreement甲方：廣州市友誼對外服務(wù)公司Party A:乙方：Party B:丙方：（身份證號：）Party C:(ID Card No.:)甲乙丙三方經(jīng)友好協(xié)商，就解除勞務(wù)派遣合同、勞動合同相關(guān)事宜達(dá)成如下協(xié)議：The Party A, B and C terminate the employment contract though negotiation and reached following agreement:第一條 合同的解除 termination of the contract《勞務(wù)派遣合同》的約定，甲乙雙方自年月日起解除就丙方的勞務(wù)派遣關(guān)系。 According to Section 3 in Labor Contract signed by Party A and B on the date of dd mmmm yyyy on the basic of both sides confirmed, PartyA and Party B terminate the labor dispatch relationship of Party C from the date of dd mmmm ，甲丙雙方自日起 1解除勞動合同。 According to Article 36 in Labor Contract Law of the People’s Republic of China and Section _ in Labor Contract(dd mmmm yyyy)On the basic of confirmation by Party A and Party C, Party A and Party C terminate the labor contract from dd mmmm ，簽訂本協(xié)議書之前各方已經(jīng)對解除合同的合法性、解除合同的必要程序或手續(xù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)補(bǔ)償或條件作了充分的溝通并確認(rèn)各方對此不存在任何實質(zhì)性或程序方面的爭議。 Party A, Party B and Party C had already notice the necessary procedure of this agreement and the severance pay or the pensation after fully sides of Party A, Party B or Party C had already notice the singed on this agreement，there will be no controversy on any clause or procedure of this ，甲方或乙方已足額向丙方支付工資（包括正常工作時間工資、加班工資等工資）及其他應(yīng)發(fā)福利，不存在任何應(yīng)付未付款項。 Party C had already confirmed before signed that, Party A or Party B had already paid the salary of Party C(including regular and overtime pay rate etc.)and other welfare, and there is not any other accrued ，甲方、乙方不存在任何違反勞動合同、勞務(wù)派遣合同或《勞動法》等相關(guān)法律法規(guī)的情形。 Party C had already confirmed before signed that, Party
