或代表酒店接待VIP客人;協(xié)助各部門維系酒店與VIP客人、熟客、商務(wù)客人的良好關(guān)系; 向客人介紹并推銷酒店的各項(xiàng)服務(wù); 定期探訪重要客人,聽取意見; 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它工作。大堂副理工作流程適用范圍:大堂副理 1.早班:1.1(6:50)進(jìn)行前廳班前例會(huì)、點(diǎn)名,(7:00)到崗,打掃大堂副理處衛(wèi)生。(8:00)查詢總臺(tái)昨日住客情況,檢查前廳人員儀容儀表、服務(wù)規(guī)范。1.3(8:30-9:00)詢問總臺(tái)了解當(dāng)日會(huì)議、團(tuán)隊(duì)預(yù)定情況,主動(dòng)為參加會(huì)議的客人做引領(lǐng),并協(xié)助相關(guān)部門提供必要的服務(wù)。1.4(9:30-10:30)巡視大堂,維持大堂秩序,檢查各處燈光關(guān)閉狀況,隨時(shí)檢查前廳工作人員服務(wù)質(zhì)量,對(duì)客服務(wù)態(tài)度。1.5(11:00-12:00)退房高峰期,站立于大堂副理處,回答客人詢問,隨時(shí)協(xié)助總臺(tái)收銀處理客帳客賠問題,并征求客人意見。1.6(14:00-15:00)記錄所處理事件,并隨時(shí)注意維護(hù)大堂氣氛,協(xié)同質(zhì)檢對(duì)衣冠不整、行為不端者進(jìn)行勸阻。(15:00-15:30)交接班。2.中班: 15:00交接班,檢查中班前廳人員儀容儀表狀況。(17:00-17:30)查詢收銀住客房應(yīng)收押金狀況,協(xié)助催收住房押金。2.3(18:00-18:30)監(jiān)督大堂各頂燈的開啟、背景音樂、衛(wèi)生狀況、設(shè)施設(shè)備等,創(chuàng)造良好的酒店氛圍,確保酒店正常運(yùn)營(yíng)。2.4(20:00-21:00)站立于大堂,隨時(shí)為客人提供必要的服務(wù)。2.5(21:00-21:30)再次查詢住客房押金催收情況,以避免惡意逃帳發(fā)生。2.6(23:00)做好日值記錄。AM LOG BOOK CONTENT GUIDELINES: 大堂記錄內(nèi)容指南: feedback 顧客反饋This part required AM to log down the guests feedback regarding service, facilities, suggestions and ments through charting, talking encounter, call by phone guest name, pany name and guest ment in detail need be recorded , the follow up action, which has been taken, should be also log ,交談,或電話等方式得到的反饋。記錄必須包括客人姓名,公司,反饋內(nèi)容。大堂副理采取的措施也必須詳盡記錄。 pliant 客人投訴all guest pliant must be log down with: 所有投訴必須有所記錄:n n n nn n Any further follow up action need be done in the next shift should also be clearly guest name, pany name, details of plaint, action has been taken, ,公司,投訴內(nèi)容,采取的措施,結(jié)果 If it is necessary, the time need be specific in the ,相關(guān)時(shí)間必須也要記錄。The name of relevant staff who was involved need be log down patrolling:日常巡邏 time patrolling, 白天巡邏am on day time duty(07:00—23:00)need patrol the areas of front office at least 1times a shift, after patrolling, following things need be log down: 早7點(diǎn)到晚11點(diǎn)之間每班至少巡邏前廳區(qū)域1次,需記錄:l patrol time, place, staff grooming, staff personal hygiene, service quality, staff discipline, unclean scenes 巡邏地點(diǎn),時(shí)間,員工儀容儀表,員工個(gè)人衛(wèi)生,服務(wù)質(zhì)量,員工紀(jì)律,不清潔地點(diǎn),l l l action has been taken to rectify the situation done by Name of staff Suggestions regarding service or other related matters對(duì)酒店服務(wù)和相關(guān)方面的建議 time patrolling 晚間巡邏over night shift am(23:0007:00)need making the patrolling in entire of the hotel which including internal area and external area 2 things need observe and log down: 晚1
