工藝部分著重介紹變換工序,工藝計算部分確定了變換系統(tǒng)進、出口溫度, CO 轉(zhuǎn)換率,總蒸汽用量,催化劑用量及催化劑阻力等。非工藝部分主要介紹了工廠廢物的處理。 全低變工藝優(yōu)點: ① 催化劑的起始活性溫度低; ② 變換爐系統(tǒng)處于較低的溫度范圍內(nèi)操作,降低了入爐蒸汽量,使全低變流程蒸汽消耗降低。 關(guān)鍵詞 :合成氨,變換工序,全低變 年產(chǎn) 10萬噸合成氨工程項目變換工序工藝設(shè)計(論文) IV Technological design of 100kt/a synthetic ammonia engineering project (key process : transform process,CO content:%) Abstract Ammonia production processes are mainly the production, gas material feedgas of purification and ammonia synthesis gas purification, raw material is divided again the gas material for desulphurization and CO transformation, decarburization and refined. This design USES the UGI furnace gasification, vegetable tannin extracts desulphurization process, all the low change remove CO, variable pressure adsorption decarburization, alcohol alkylating method refined raw gas. Transformation process is the role of the CO feedgas away. CO not ammonia synthesis of raw materials, it can make ammonia synthesis catalyst poisoning and lose activity. Therefore, the feedgas into ammonia synthesis system must be in addition to remove CO. Before This design mainly divided into general part, process parts, technical calculation and the craft parts.
