[12]陳進(jìn) .基于可靠度的工程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)決策初探 .巖土力學(xué)， 2021 年 25 期 :201～ 203. 摘要： 隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的全球化和科技迅速發(fā)展，我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)與世界經(jīng)濟(jì)接軌，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理對(duì)于國(guó)家建設(shè)尤為重要。風(fēng)險(xiǎn)種類(lèi) 繁雜及涉及因素?cái)?shù)量多較導(dǎo)致其在工程周期內(nèi)面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)各種各樣。風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平已成為衡量項(xiàng)目管理水平的一項(xiàng)重要指標(biāo)，既是決定工程項(xiàng)目能否成功的關(guān)鍵，又是提高管理水平、工期控制精度和質(zhì)量控制水平的主要方法。 風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理目前對(duì)于一些工程項(xiàng)目非常重要，尤其是大型工程項(xiàng)目實(shí)施周期長(zhǎng)、不確定因素較多、經(jīng)濟(jì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和技術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大、對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境的影響等更需要利用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理分析。 本論文以大型建筑工程項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范為中心點(diǎn)，以國(guó)內(nèi)某大型水利水電工程現(xiàn)有的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)事件為依據(jù)，以業(yè)主方為分析主體，分析在大型項(xiàng)目工程中可能出現(xiàn)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題以及產(chǎn)生這些風(fēng) 險(xiǎn)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素，并且針對(duì)不同的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研究提出對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)事件的防范措施，避免大型工程各種可能存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及在工程實(shí)施階段如何控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn)事件對(duì)業(yè)主造成的損失。 關(guān)鍵詞： 風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析 風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素 防范措施 風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理 Abstract： With the rapid development of economic globalization and technology, China39。s economy with the world economy, risk management is particularly important for nation building. Risk types of plex and involve more than the number of factors that lead to the risk they face in the project cycle varies. Risk management has bee an important indicator of the level of project management, the key to the success of both projects decided, but also improve the management level, the duration of the main methods to control the level of accuracy and quality control. Risk management is currently very important for some projects, especially large projects implementation cycle is long, uncertain factors, the economic risks and technical risks, but also need to use the impact on the ecological environment and other risk management analysis. The topics to guard against the risk of largescale construction projects for the center, with a large domestic water conservancy and hydropower projects based on existing risk incident to the owner for the analysis of the main body, the analysis may appear in the risk of major projects in these issues and produce risk factors of risk, and propose the study of risk for different risk events preventive measures to avoid the risk of a variety of largescale projects that may exist in the project implementation phase and how to control the risk of loss caused by the events of the owners.
