【正文】 Mencius 孟子 Mencius ( 372 – 289 BCE) was a Chinese philosopher who was arguably（ 可論證地 ） the most famous Confucian after Confucius himself. He was an itinerant （ 流動(dòng)的 ） Chinese philosopher and sage, and one of the principal interpreters of Confucianism.
