If the total Subcontract price plus the contractor’s management fee do not exceed the amount of 3,265,200 USD which is specified and assigned to such works under Contract, the Contractor will bear the responsibility。 otherwise, the additional cost shall be borne by the Employer. WORKING SCOPE OF CONTRACTOR承包商工作范圍 According to the contents of 01 EPC package, the work scope of contractor is as the follows:按照01 EPC合同內(nèi)容，承包商工作范圍如下： NEWLY CONSTRUCTED RAW FMATERIAL YARD 新建原料場(chǎng) Raw material yard is posed of a raw material piling yard and a material evenly blending yard, utility and auxiliary facilities, which undertakes the plex jobs such as materials receiving amp。 unloading, storing, evenly blending for concentrated fine ore, coal, lump ore, flux, fuels etc. and directly deliver qualified material, fuel used for sintering, coke making and iron making. All above mentioned ining materials should have qualified particle size and there will be no sizing facilities in the plant.原料車(chē)間設(shè)有原料堆場(chǎng)及混勻料場(chǎng)。其承擔(dān)著燒結(jié)、焦化、高爐所用的精礦粉、煤、塊礦、熔劑、燃料等的受卸、儲(chǔ)存、混勻及將燒結(jié)、焦化、煉鐵所需合格原、燃料直接輸出等綜合作業(yè)及其配套的公輔設(shè)施，無(wú)需磨準(zhǔn)器。 SINTERING ENGINEERING燒結(jié)工程 In order to meet the requirements for producing 500,000t/a casting billets for the TISCO second stage revamping and expansion project, one set of 550m3 blast furnace and the matched one set of 100m2 sintering machine as well as corresponding utilities shall be built up. 為滿(mǎn)足TISCO二期擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目500,000t/a連鑄坯規(guī)模要求，新建1臺(tái)500m3高爐，為此配套建設(shè)1臺(tái)100m2燒結(jié)機(jī)及其配套的公輔設(shè)施。 The grade of the sintering ore shall be 55% Fe content, and the capacity of sintering ore shall be 981,000t/a to meet the requirements for sintering ore by the blast furnace. 燒結(jié)礦含鐵品位為56%，燒結(jié)礦生產(chǎn)能力為981,000t/a,滿(mǎn)足高爐所需燒結(jié)礦的要求。 COKE MAKING ENGINEERING煉焦工程 One set of 45battery coke oven with the capacity of 300,000 t/a metallurgical coke and byproducts recovery system as well as matched utilities will be newly built.新建一臺(tái)年生產(chǎn)干焦炭300,000t/a的45－battery焦?fàn)t及其副產(chǎn)品回收系統(tǒng)、配套的公輔系統(tǒng)。 IRON MAKING ENGINEERING 煉鐵工程 One set of 550m3 blast furnace will be built up newly to supply hot metal required for steel making by converter, in order to reach the target of producing 500,000t/a casting billets annually. 新建一座500M3高爐，為煉鋼轉(zhuǎn)爐年產(chǎn)500,000T/A連鑄坯提供所需鐵水。 Iron making engineering includes one set of 550m3 blast furnace, pig cast machine, coal injection system, oxygen enrichment blowing system, mud mill, repairing facilities of hot metal ladles, and matched utilities.
