【正文】 供D123“容器標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”作為上述圖紙的補(bǔ)充，并決定壓力容器的具體施工。When sketches or data sheets are provided, Vendor shall confirm Purchaser the application of each drawing in Vessel Standard.在提供了草圖或數(shù)據(jù)表后，賣方需根據(jù)容器標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)圖紙進(jìn)行確認(rèn)。 Vendor’s Drawings and Documents賣方圖紙和文件Vendor shall submit to Purchaser drawings and documents as called for in Purchaser’s requisition sheets.賣方將根據(jù)買方需求單向買方提供圖紙和文件。All drawings and documents shall give the name of Client (end user), Purchaser’s Work No., Item No. and service of the modity.所有圖紙和文件上需給出業(yè)主名稱（最終用戶），買方工程編碼、設(shè)備位號(hào)及系統(tǒng)名稱。Drawings shall be prepared to scale and in third angle projection.圖紙需按比例使用每三角投影法進(jìn)行繪制。Drawings shall contain:圖紙需包括：(1) Title block (Purchaser’s Work No., Requisition No., Item No. and service of the modity)工程圖明細(xì)表（買方工程編碼、投標(biāo)邀請(qǐng)?zhí)?、設(shè)備位號(hào)及系統(tǒng)）(2) Design Data (conforming to Purchaser’s drawings or data sheet)設(shè)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)（根據(jù)買方圖紙或數(shù)據(jù)表）(3) Material list (material specifications and quantities for all parts including spare parts)材料清單（所有部件、包括備件的材料規(guī)格和數(shù)量）(4) Nozzle list (conforming to Purchaser’s drawings or data sheet)設(shè)備口清單（根據(jù)買方圖紙或數(shù)據(jù)表）(5) All weld seams, and weld and surface finish symbols所有焊縫及表面加工符號(hào)(6) Detailed dimensions and thickness詳細(xì)尺寸及厚度Strength calculations shall cover:強(qiáng)度計(jì)算包括：(1) Code calculations for all pressure retaining parts including reinforcements for nozzle openings所有壓力保持部件，包括設(shè)備口加固件的代碼計(jì)算(2) Structural calculations for internals內(nèi)件結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算(3) Structural calculations for lifting lugs and transportation fittings吊耳和運(yùn)輸裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算(4) Stability check of vessel and support for wind/seismic load容器及支架的風(fēng)力/地震力載荷的穩(wěn)定檢查(5) Stability check of vessel and support at transportation, loading amp。 unloading and erection在運(yùn)輸、裝載、卸載及安裝過(guò)程中容器的穩(wěn)定性檢查(6) Local stress analysis against external loading on nozzles設(shè)備口外部負(fù)荷局部應(yīng)力分析For pressure vessels fabricated and/or assembled at job site, Vendor shall submit the instruction for the work.對(duì)于在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)制作或組裝的壓力容器，賣方應(yīng)提供指導(dǎo)書。Purchaser’s “Approved” on Vendor’s document means that Vendor may proceed his work without resubmitting the documents unless further revisions are made. “Approved as noted” on Vendor’s document means that Vendor may proceed his work provided the notes are concurred by Vendor. Resubmission of the revised documents are required for confirmation. “Not approved” on the document means that Vendor may not proceed the work without resubmission of the corrected document for approval. DESIGN設(shè)計(jì) Design Pressure設(shè)計(jì)壓力Design pressure shall be as specified on Purchaser’s drawing or data sheet.設(shè)計(jì)壓力在買方圖紙或數(shù)據(jù)表中加以指定。Design pressure shall mean the gauge pressure at the top of a pleted vessel in its operating position. Unless otherwise agreed in advance, internal static head shall be added to the design pressure to determine the thickness of any specific part of the vessel.設(shè)計(jì)壓力指完工的容器在操作位置時(shí)頂部壓力表的壓力值。除非提前另外同意，需加設(shè)內(nèi)置靜壓受感器以確定容器特殊部件的厚度。When design pressure of “.
